Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

I went to the Temple location and after a bad experience (waiting 45mins for car in front of me to move) still drove to Belton to Valvoline. They sent me to a corporate location to redeem any coupons they offer online or email customers. Ill just start going to Gorilla Lube down the street from me in Temple.

    Smith Family: I scheduled an oil change appointment the day before and was required to enter my vehicle type, contact information, and service history—especially since I’ve had oil changes done here before. I arrived early and was promptly helped by a customer service rep. Right away, I was told they didn’t have the oil filter my vehicle needed because it was under recall and out of stock. I asked why I wasn’t notified ahead of time, especially since they require my vehicle type to book the appointment. The rep asked the lead, who claimed they don’t have access to that information and can only see my name and appointment type. That made no sense to me—why ask for all that info if no one actually reviews it? A few minutes later, the rep came back and said they could do the oil change if I paid $13.99 for an upgraded filter. I asked if a discount could be applied, since this should’ve been communicated in advance, but the lead said no. In the end, I felt like I got hustled into paying extra. Poor communication, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Disappointing experience.
