calp Paccino Had a car accident in May took my car to repair it and 3 months of no communication and delays only when called and nearly spammed for any updates, also moved forward with some tire sensor repair that never got done and or never refunded for that. Car has missing parts and claimed they never removed it. Overall a giant waste of time and money that I will not get back and do not recommend any big or major repairs done at this shop. An oil change is fine but that’s about it.

Kristin Reznicek-Bridenbaugh BEWARE-ALL THE RED FLAGS! Payment for repair work originally made in full. However, no repairs made. Motor removed and never repaired, and owner (Ali) will not take calls. Went to retrieve vehicle, but previous mechanic (Jeremy Banks) denied access and said that the owner (Ali) went off the grid back to his country and could not be located. Finally, after years of trying to resolve-- the vehicle was spotted outside of the shop in the parking lot, but not even close to the same condition as when the car was dropped off. Vehicle now has a huge dent in side panel of passenger door, damages to front and back license plates, missing interior door panels, cracked taillight, 4 flat tires, front end damages, etc.; unexplained damage inside and outside of the car as if was being used as a chop shop car to trade parts. No owner around, new mechanic said he knew nothing about the car or how to locate shop owner, no return calls, no keys, no fulfilled repairs, and no explanations given after 2 years of trying to get information on our vehicle. As of June 2025, the companys original sign with contact phone number has been completely removed another owner/ new mechanic Abd Hanna (Philip) is onsite but has taken no responsibility. (Ali) the original owner of the A1 Express auto shop is reportedly managing "Al Barakah Farm" butcher shop located down the road at 1602 Sundown and has distanced his affiliation to the A1 Express even though he continues to use the same phone number for both businesses. However, the Kaufman CAD has the property registered to a shell company located out of Florida. Be cautious of any dealings with these people. This car served as our daily driver and was in exceptional external and internal cosmetic condition in need of motor repair only when dropped off. They removed the original motor and cover. They did not make the agreed upon repair that was paid for in full and they ruined the entire car including suspension, tires, wiring, sensors, etc. They keep dodging calls, texts, and communications. This car is not abandoned by the title owner; It has been held hostage and destroyed by A1 Express who has refused to surrender the repaired automobile and keys.
