Michelle Deliphose I had a great experience with Garage Guys and couldnt be more pleased with the customer service! There was a small issue not anything they caused, just something that was completely out of anyone’s control. But they handled it with such professionalism and care. They were more than happy to fix it without hesitation and never once made me feel like I was a bother or that my concerns weren’t valid. They even came out to my home and did a mobile service, which made the entire process so convenient. Everything was completed quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Abdul was amazing from start to finish. Very helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely continue to bring my vehicle here. Service like this is rare to find!

Jordan Thompson The shop is great, I believe from what I’m reading is this. They won’t do a quick fix on your car because they don’t want you coming back with the same problem, sometimes the quick fix is good for the pockets but bad in the long term & especially for the reputation of the shop…people are weird…you ask for something then do it for them if it breaks later they get upset and say they didn’t do good work..but I’m a business owner as well and I bring my cars to them and they don’t have any problems for a very long time.& the labor prices are terrible like most shops

Keyur Shah I went here first time to fix my car. The owner was only interested in replacing the product even if easy fix was available so he could make more money on labor. When i asked for one time fix, he denied to give warranty and charged for 1 hour to cover his labor. They were not able to explain what was the issue. Attitude was really bad. I would not recommend this place !

Blanca Sandoval Mario and Linda and the whole crew did an excellent job on my truck left it looking like new I would highly recommend them. They are one of the best very happy and satisfied with their service.

Kenneth Taylor I took in my truck with a fender crease somebody gave me at the park and fly by the airport. Mario’s gave me great price and did it in the estimated time. The fender and light repair look like knew and the paint match was perfect. Friendly service and great to work with. After my daughter got her first car we had hers in a few times. Always perfect!

Tricia Burleson TD Automotive Solutions is the definition of honesty, integrity, and solid affordable service. They repaired my Ford F-250 A/C and I came back a few months later for them to repair an oil pan gasket leak. Each time the owner, Tim went well above and beyond explaining the diagnosis, steps needed to make the repair, and provided updates as the repair was being made. Tim even checked in a few days after the repair was made to make sure all was running without issues. True genuine customer care with fast solid service still exists at this place. I can not thank them enough for getting me in and out without notice, and for being so honest. I brought my F-250 in with oil absolutely everywhere underneath the truck from the leak. They could have easily said it was going to be a major repair upselling something that wasnt needed, but instead they took their time to clean it and made a honest and proper diagnosis of a faulty gasket. Again, I can not say thank you enough. Highly recommended!

Explained everything and his team were fast and filled everything that needed fluid and all in the comfort of my car. I highly recommend them and their services. I will be going back.

Kassi Great guys they went above and beyond to inform me of everything that was going on with my vehicle showed me all the filters and educated me on what I should be looking out for and doing to keep my car maintained and running its best! Charles the manager really answered every question I had and Brandon I believe his name was even took the time to show me how to check my oil stick so I know how to make sure its not getting low! Will definitely recommend these guys and be back again!

Manoj Savalia “A Cautionary Tale for Car Owners” " Broke more parts and things than they ever repaired" I recently brought my vehicle to this shop hoping for a straightforward repair, but unfortunately, my experience left dishonesty with poor quality work with exterior and interior tore down ,which put me and my family in danger on the road. Things are just started here , I went to pick my car and found passenger car was tore down by sharp object as per picture . I told Nathan and Owner of business, they said we did not use passenger side ,even though you clearly see mess and fingerprints everywhere on passenger side. I did ask to check their camera for everything and they didnt care and just telling me ,we did not do that and showing rude attitude .After big arguments, shop agree to pay 50% of repair cost and asked me get quote from leather repairer. I got quotes and everything ,they did not response for anything or did not pay as they promised for repair . I went to repair for clicking noise, from Range rover sport CV boots and ended up corrupting my full suspension system with loosen parts hanging around . which cause more rattling and squeaking with sparkles while loosen part scratching with rim as par pictures attached here. while driving on the road, other car driver noticed sparkles coming out from rim and asked me to stop. found loosen part scratching on the rim and it could have put my car on fire and put us all under fire on the road. It is just, not ending things here yet , While i was driving and rain started , wiper did not started . I got off from the car and open the hood to make sure all connections are good or not . not able to fix Wipers but found loosen tube and sprayers are hanging without connected to the hoods. I had to put them back to see if that make any difference , unfortunately not. This not just finished there , I went to other mechanic to show them on wipers and found that , that wipers are broken and these stupid people had glued them and zip tied to fix . I still not understand ,why they opened wiper side , it may be getting more claims from Warranty company or some other purpose to make more money. I Know mistake happens ,however these people doesnt seems to take responsibility and accountability of their wrongdoing . They are just ignoring customers after they will get paid and left them on the road in danger and helpless. Nathan ,who got very bad attitude and dont care about any customers. when I call him, he ask me to work with William (Dont know real name ) and when i text William , he ask me to work with Nathan. they just played games and did not fix anything as they messed up everything. which clearly sign of very unprofessional environment they have created. Consulting 84 I had to the pleasure to work with Mr.Maldonado again. This man knows cars very well and can help you with good and understanding of what’s wrong with your vehicle. His whole team of techs and consultant are professional and courteous, as soon as you walk in the door. I would refer anyone to this location, to get work done on their vehicle. It’s like finding the perfect barber in Houston. Once you find he/she, you will never leave. Grade A/5 star service. Transparency and honesty is key in the auto business. Thanks again! I came in to get the Emissions Test complete for my vehicle in order to renew my registration; the service they provided was fast and pleasant. Christopher France Jason is my go-to guy when I have a problem with my car. Actually, he should everyones go-to guy if they have a problem with their vehicle. Hes everything you want in a mechanic; honest, nice and affordable. Jason with Hi Tech Automotive will have a client for life. He goes above and beyond to help his clients out. He doesnt just replace parts to replace them. He actually trys to fix the problem. He will never mislead you and overcharge you for gravy work. He is the first mechanic my wife feels safe to deal with. If you want someone who is fair and Honest, then Jason is the man to see.

Gave me the rundown and pointed out some other things to fix, but didn’t pressure me to fix right away. Also gave me some tips to help with my car.

Hollywood Mpressive Customer service over the phone is average. In person, they can be a bit standoffish. Ive been here to get service done and ask automotive questions. First off, theyve been quick when getting my service done, which I love. Second, the times Ive come there to ask automotive questions, it seemed like I was a pest. In short, customer service is key, and they really need to work on it.

Boots Baker I was needing to throw out bearing on my Jeep replaced. Not only was not only did Ken talk to me about the throwout bearing, but he also recommended replacing the clutch at the same time since they were going to be in there . The cost wasnt that much more for going ahead and replacing the clutch. About 10 years ago we had had the clutch in that Jeep replaced and we had helll getting the hydraulics bled off on it. I had to mention that to Ken and he told me not to worry about it. Not only was he the cheapest option around, but I do believe that their quality of work is unparalleled in the area. I recommend this auto shop over any other auto shop in the area. Hands down. No questions asked.

Alicia Smith Took our 2005 jeep to Ken . It was rattling something terrible. He performed a comb over and found that it had multiple problems. He had to replace the ball joints, tie rod, stabilizer bar front and rear, steering parts, front track bar. Whew! He did a thorough job and now it runs great! He had to keep the car several days- but expected since he is a smaller shop. Now have taken all 3 of our other cars.

Alex Chen This shop completely botched their task of replacing my oil pan by failing to put new oil in (leaving my engine completely dry and unlubricated.) Consequently, my engine stalled out twice on the freeway, and I incurred thousands of dollars in expenses (new engine, repairs to fix other parts not knowing the engine was the issue, towing expenses, etc.) Seeking some level of remedy/reimbursement, I contacted the shops owner multiple times and they completely ignored me. Thus, I have no choice but to implore - and plead - you to take your hard-earned money elsewhere. This shop is downright untrustworthy and incompetent. Since they clearly demonstrated that they couldnt perform a simple, straightforward job, and stubbornly refused to acknowledge and rectify their mistakes, make the smart choice to steer clear of them. Take your business elsewhere!

Farhan Aziz Office staff were helpful. Went in for an oil change, first time there. They left my oil pan cover hanging, meaning they didn’t perform a post service inspection. Had to come back to get it fixed. Tech had an attitude and seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you’re a regular here, make sure it’s not some shop dummy working on your car!

Brianna Jackson I’m so glad I took my car in to Richmond Tire & Auto! They have been the only mechanics that are honest with me. Every time I take my car in for an oil change anywhere else, they give me a list of over 15 things that need to get done. Chris was honest with me and took the time to explain what actually needed to get done for safety purposes. They were quick with repairs to my car and very flexible! I will only go here for all of my vehicle needs from here on out.

Jennifer Herrera I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve taken multiple vehicles there and they’ve taken care of all of them in fast professional ways. But what stands out to me the most (and what will keep my business along with me recommending all my clients in the area) is the fact that I went asking an alignment question, and Tony explained why I don’t need that service based on his evaluation. Car places can easily take advantage of a female with no car knowledge, and charge me for a service I didn’t need. But he was completely honest and that spoke volumes about this place.
