5 /5 Jordan Thompson: The shop is great, I believe from what I’m reading is this. They won’t do a quick fix on your car because they don’t want you coming back with the same problem, sometimes the quick fix is good for the pockets but bad in the long term & especially for the reputation of the shop…people are weird…you ask for something then do it for them if it breaks later they get upset and say they didn’t do good work..but I’m a business owner as well and I bring my cars to them and they don’t have any problems for a very long time.& the labor prices are terrible like most shops

1 /5 Keyur Shah: I went here first time to fix my car. The owner was only interested in replacing the product even if easy fix was available so he could make more money on labor. When i asked for one time fix, he denied to give warranty and charged for 1 hour to cover his labor. They were not able to explain what was the issue. Attitude was really bad. I would not recommend this place !

1 /5 Samara Leonard: The manager atitude is very rude and expensive! He tried to charge me 700 for an alternator when I called my mechanic he only charged me 200.00

5 /5 Wladimir Moquete: The best mechanic in town. Very honest and reasonable prices. Took my ride to new heights. Installed a 3in lift kit. And added new wheels and tires

5 /5 Sequence Garner: Jr. & the crew here at Richmond Auto are top notch. The service & work the provide is honest, quality work. No need worrying about getting robbed by your neighborhood auto when this place exists. Thanks again for a great job well done!
