1 /5 Farhan Aziz: Office staff were helpful. Went in for an oil change, first time there. They left my oil pan cover hanging, meaning they didn’t perform a post service inspection. Had to come back to get it fixed. Tech had an attitude and seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you’re a regular here, make sure it’s not some shop dummy working on your car!

Every time I take my car in for an oil change anywhere else, they give me a list of over 15 things that need to get done. Chris was honest with me and took the time to explain what actually needed to get done for safety purposes. They were quick with repairs to my car and very flexible! I will only go here for all of my vehicle needs from here on out.

5 /5 Paul Starovic: I came to Richmond Tire & Automotive after leaving DiscountTire. I brought them my 2006 4Runner to put a new spare tire on, and fix DiscountTire’s horrible work. They are a true family owned business who were very friendly and courteous. Chris and Dave were the people I spoke with who ordered me a new tire at a fair price. They were super nice. The technician named Rick was the one who worked on my 4Runner. He did an amazing job and took the time to do it right. My 4Runner no longer has a shacking steering wheel from DiscountTire that balanced them twice lol. Thank Richmond Tire & Automotive for coming through. I will definitely be going back.

5 /5 Doctomyfriends: Very honest and good Mechanics. I had some major car trouble and had my car towed to this shop. Turned out to be terminal for my Jeep but they charged me no diagnosis charge and a minimal charge for two tows. I will come back again.

The one thing I will say is that after my career of over 30 years of taking care of customers. One thing I will say is that Santiago definitely has a way of handling customers. Most people his age do not handle themselves half as well as him. I only came here because of the bodyshop I took my wifes car to work with Santiago. All I can say is Im grateful for the introduction and now feel I may have found someone to replace the trust I have in my brother (career mechanic that moved out of state).
