1 /5 Alana Coker: I don’t usually post negative reviewers but this was egregious. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Auto Technologies this afternoon.
Upon entering the lobby, my children and I were not greeted. This quickly turned into us being blatantly ignored. The gentleman behind the counter, and three other employees (one sitting on the lobby couch) watched myself and my children walk in but chose to willfully disregard our presence. The shop was not busy—this was not a case of “oops! We didn’t see you there”. This was a concerted effort to refuse to acknowledge us.
It’s frustrating to feel completely invisible in a place where customer service should be a priority. If they can’t be bothered to greet or even acknowledge customers, how can I trust them with my vehicle? We left without saying a word (as nothing had been said to us).
Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
