Guest This place was great when Billy was running it, now, not so much. Brought my vehicle in for a simple repair and they called me a week later to tell me it was ready. Left the shop and didnt even get a block down the road when the engine seized and stopped running. This happened in the middle of the intersection and luckily I was able to coast to the side of the road. Tony said it was nothing that they did and would not look into it. It ran fine until they worked on it. Poor, poor craftsmanship and even less care about their customer. Triple J Auto Repair on Westside is the place to go for honest and trustworthy results. Wish I had found them first.

Jay Phi I’ve had an issue with my Ford F150 since the day I bought it in 2019 The Ford dealership after 15 separate times in the shop could never fix it They replace the rear they replace the transmission multiple times and steel. The transmission made a clunking noise when taking off. I just took it to Billy’s for something unrelated, but asked him to look at it for the first time ever has been fixed and he only charge me $85 Amazing expertise, mechanical skill, and customer service excellence. The only mechanic shop I trust in Pasadena/Houston.

Sommer Shaw I just wanted to share my experience today with Eagle Automotives on Red Bluff. I am going on a cruise tomorrow, so I took my 2021 Malibu to fill up the gas tank at Walmart. I topped it off a few times trying to get to the even dollar amount lol as I drove away (on to spencer) my car was jerking and turned off on me, I attempted to drive back home (on red bluff and fairmont) my car turns off many times. I end up pulling into Eagle Automotive on Red Bluff. I give the guy at the front my car info and tell him what is happening. He tells me my car should still be under the 60,000 mile warranty, which i didnt think about that. After he ask a few questions, he then simply tells me how I over filled my gas tank and explained it to me ( automobile information is a whole different language to me) and he told me to drive around a little bit to use some of the gas. Well I did just what he said and my car is back to perfect again. He did not try to scam money out of me, or do some diagnostics test or anything extra. He was a decent human and I gratefully appreciated his honesty !! I returned and offered money for his knowledge. Great job Eagle Automotives, the honesty I received today most definitely deserves to be acknowledged.

Dan Ossy I came here third time to fix my van on different issues each time. The owner , Rafael, is very honest and kind mechanic Ive ever experienced my entire life. And I saw him treating each customer with respect and sincere. He even let me stayed on my van offering me to use his garage power so I can run my fridge in the van until my van got fixed good. He even asked me if I need anything also. Like blanket or something. Hes type of person who goes above and beyond to help customers. And his crews and office lady are kind and charming as well. If there were 10 STARS, I would give him the 10 STARS. Im a permanent disabled man on two crutches and am recovering from Colon Cancer. Very few treat people like me the way Rafael does. And he treats every customer with same heart. I can tell. I MOST HIGHLY recommend RAFAEL and Apex Auto Tech II on 2205 Spencer Hwy . Their prices are VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR !! Thank you VERY SO MUCH, Rafael and crews for your kindness!! God bless your business and personal life !!

brendan shoemaker Very impressed with the work an price. he came out to my apartment complex about a month ago and quickly removed a broken spark plug from my pesky 4.6 triton. Today i used this compony a second time. He picked my truck up for me, installed 8 spark plugs, installed new led headlights, and returned my vehicle in a very timely manner with an extremely fair price. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate and work with. Bottom line i would recommend this business to anybody

Nicholas Henley Had Rob come out and do a Evac and recharge on my f250, very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He didn’t just vacuum and recharge, he also checked for leaks and made sure the system would hold a charge as well! Did a great job and AC is blowing cold and works great, would definitely recommend!

Miguel Angel got work done on my crown victory... had them change my radiator... told them that was my backup car that I really dont use so I told him he could take his time on it....he still had it ready the next day ... I called several mechanic shops and he was the most affordable from the professional shops, obviously not as cheap as backyard mechanics but Id rather have a professional do my work... also Ive sent a few friends his way and they say he did good work, doesnt try to add additional work thats not needed like most mechanics...

Loretta Reading the reviews I was a little nervous, but Im happy that I did go to this mechanic shop. They were friendly and the pricing was the best near me. I got a few things done on my car and they were all done the same day. They explained everything to me and what all was done and needed to be done to my car. I also loved that I brought my own parts and there was not a issue with it. My car is running much better and Im happy I found an honest mechanic. Will visit again.

Loretta Harris I love going there. The service is fast and reliable. I usually go there on my lunch break which is not to far from my job and I"m out quick and in a hurry. The prices are AWESOME, and customer service is on point. I take all my vehicles there for inspection and oil changes and anything else my vehicles might need. Great place to visit, you wont be disappointed.

Dajj J Bad service, also rude. I had an issue knowing I don’t know what is the cause they said I needed to fill up my Freon so I did but didn’t proceed to tell me there’s a leak so when I went, I didn’t know that Freon never is suppose to leak. he said he did tell me. If that was the case I wouldn’t pay 75 for it just leak right back out. So he refused service cause he said I put words in his mouth. Lol

Johnathan Flores I came to Houston for the Holidays to see my kids and while I was here my truck had a ignition coil short out and my plugs were real bad, so I called my brother that lives here and he recommended Triple J’s to me and that he has always taken his vehicles to be serviced and worked on there. So I have em a call and they had my truck back to me in just 2 days. They did a really really good job on my truck and I’m planning on moving here to Houston and I just found my go to Auto shop if I should ever have any problems with my truck again!

Frank DAddio Genaro was able to diagnose a problem I had with my vehicle. I was at work and he came to my house to work on the vehicle. He called and explained the problem and the solution. I will definitely call him again if I ever have another issue.

Marie O I went ahead and got this Mechanic, Supposedly it was gear shift assembly, so he had told me to Buy it used through eBay or actual from the dealership. I went ahead pre-ordered the part for the car at the car dealership.After he confirmed he was going to put it on.(he never showed up)when the day came ,for him to put it on, I sent him a message,he never responded. He left me with the part of the car that he had told me to order.. Top it off ,the part of the car was $297 ,I bought the part for NO reason, I went ahead and took my car to another mechanic. He told me it was something else.. Which was electrical. So not that I only wasted my time in ordering the part of the car and was not even told the correct problem.. I don’t Recommend him..
