4 /5 Loretta Harris: I love going there. The service is fast and reliable. I usually go there on my lunch break which is not to far from my job and I"m out quick and in a hurry. The prices are AWESOME, and customer service is on point. I take all my vehicles there for inspection and oil changes and anything else my vehicles might need. Great place to visit, you wont be disappointed.

I had an issue knowing I don’t know what is the cause they said I needed to fill up my Freon so I did but didn’t proceed to tell me there’s a leak so when I went, I didn’t know that Freon never is suppose to leak. he said he did tell me. If that was the case I wouldn’t pay 75 for it just leak right back out. So he refused service cause he said I put words in his mouth. Lol

1 /5 Jorge Perez: I dont know what kind of business they are running out if there but I stopped by and there were 2 mechanics or one mechanic and one apprentice, my experience was that the mechanic that I spoke with said he would do the job. I also suggested how much it would be and he gave me a good price and he also suggested to get the timing belt changed out because my car was over due for a timing belt replacement. I ordered the timing belt kit and I returned to the shop and wasted my morning and my afternoon waiting for someone to open the shop. This was a few days later that I had called but the phone number said it was disconnected, I should have known it was too food to be true. No one answered the phone nor did anyone work there a few days later.

5 /5 Tom LeClare: I cant say enough good things about Pasadena pro. Ive been taking my cats here for years. I have found Richard and his team to be honest and fair. Honoring warranties better than expected. They dont add on issues that dont exist. And work has always been done in a timely manner. Price has always been fair as well. If you want an honest fair mechanic take your car here. My cars go no place else for repairs.

1 /5 Some Guy: Charged over double for a part. Part was not professionally installed. Payed 230$ for them to super glue a part together and plug it in. Do not go to this repair shop. When confronted about their morals, the owner stated business is business. While that may be true, taking advantage of your customers, especially customers who lack specific car knowledge is disturbingly, and justifiably wrong. I took my friend here to be taken care of. Unfortunately she didnt have much car knowledge and fell victim to one of the oldest plays in the book for mechanic shops. Sad. Very sad. They didnt charge us for the diagnostic however, which was only 85$, since the part was installed then and there. Will never recommend this autoshop to anyone. Sensor was within arms reach, I should have changed it myself, but I wanted to trust a professional business and have peace of mind. My fault for trusting this shady business!
