Anytime Daniel has a question, concern, or needs anything checked out with his tires—Henry’s there, and he always takes great care of him. Today was no different. Earlier, Daniel asked if they could take a look at a tire and possibly switch it out. Henry told him, “Yeah, just bring it by.” We ended up getting there close to 5 PM—literally just a few minutes before closing—and Henry was already heading out. Two of the other guys had said no… but Henry turned around, asked if we were ready, and without hesitation took care of it. He mentioned he had spoken with us earlier and made sure it got done quickly and professionally. That’s real customer service. Thank you, Henry!
