No orange peel or drips. PERFECT! I couldnt be happier. Tim was great ... he took us home and brought the car back and worked with us all the way around. THANKS TIM!

Lesley Bacon Our pick up was stolen from Panhandle Tx and recovered in Dimmit Tx. It was towed to Dons body shop until we could come get it. I spoke with Tim several times and he was so extremely kind. He even went and checked to see if one special item was in the pick up for us. He came out after hours so we could get our pick up and waited an extra hour and a half for the locksmith to get there. He was a wonderful man and knows how to run a business and treat people fair. I would recommend him to everyone!!

Brandon DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I spent 7.3k on an engine swap only to come back to scratches and dinks ALL OVER my car! Not to mention it looking like it just drove through a dust storm! The They had it in their position for over 8 months and know nothing of the nail polish that was used to “hide” the damages. There were actual nails lodged in my new tires that must’ve been the result of the whataburger trip one of their employees took the liberty of enjoying in my car without permission. (Even left the receipt!) They claimed it came in with nails in the tire... Mind you it was only brought in for an engine evaluation in TOP condition.. A 2016 at that. These people are just all around shady crooks. If you do have a lapse in judgement and bring in your vehicle, be sure to take pictures and get a lawyer ready for court.

Went in on Christmas Eve and the owner was very professional his shop guy got on the job asap I was in and out within a 1 hr 1/2 and that was because they had to go get 2 parts at the Chevy house. Mark Vela I’ve Had Two Instances Where Both My Truck And My Wife’s Car Taken With An Estimate From The Insurance And Within A Week Both Vehicles Were Repaired And Lookin Brand New! Staff Is Friendly And Very Professional! The Owner Takes A Lot Of Pride In His Work And His Work Is Always Amazing! R Morretti I selected Caliber Collision primarily because they were listed as a preferred shop by my insurance and are conveniently located near my home. The front desk staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. Jawun was assigned as my service advisor. While he was courteous, the quality of the work performed on my vehicle was disappointing. Upon bringing the car home, my husband and I immediately noticed some issues that were not present when the vehicle was dropped off: new scratches on the door, and a fresh ding on the door. I promptly returned to the shop, where they attempted to buff out the scratches (which are still visible) and re-secured the loose panel that was supposed to had been repaired. I was told I would receive a call to schedule a time to address the door ding, but it’s been over a week with no follow-up. While the repairs were completed on schedule, the workmanship and lack of communication afterward have been frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this particular Caliber Collision location.

Trent, went well beyond the scope of what he needed to do for my repairs and cannot say enough about the experience I had with caliber collision. When they say they will make sure you’re satisfied customer they go well beyond to make sure that is true.

Norma Flores This family owned business is absolutely fantastic. We ended up with a flat and no spare tire at 1 am. After calling a couple after hour tire shops, we decided to drive it on the rim to this shop. It was about 4 am when we got there. I called to leave a message about it, but to my surprise, someone answered the phone! I explained the situation and they were fine with us leaving the trailer there. Had no issues with leaving it there for a good 3 hrs. We have the worlds smallest trailer tire, so of course, no one had what we needed. These guys didnt give up. They went above and beyond to make it happen for us and never gave up. I feel so blessed to have ended up with these guys. Only took them 2 hrs to find an impossible tire AND rim and get me back on the road. Im just seriously so impressed. I will forever stop off in there when I need something. They are honest and hard-working guys, something you just dont find anymore. I feel grateful and very lucky to have found them. Thank you so very much!

I had a brief conversation that I needed $300 trailer tire but invoice showed different price, understandable, didnt question. pinched abs line during shock absorber mounting.

Donavon Bower Had my driver side rear quarter panel replaced. So instead of replacing the bed rail cover PROPERLY, it was installed with silicon! Judging by the pictures, you broke every clip? That’s a record. Yeah don’t use this POS place. Literally would have cost them $150 to replace a piece of plastic. Stupidity and laziness definitely runs deep there.
