They also dont recommend anything you dont need and go through your vehicle meticulously to recommend necessary service ensuring my vehicle is in top condition. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The ownership are great folks.

kim jackson 5 months ago they had replaced my catalytic converter. The check engine light came on and the diagnostic showed it to be the catalytic converter again. The dealership sent the car back to them for it to be fixed. I picked my car up everything appeared to be fine until I drove it for approximately 30 miles only for my check engine light to come back on. You can not tell me that they replaced my catalytic converter and did a tune-up, the services that I paid for. I will update after the shop opens because Im here waiting.

Kevin Mitschke Sent my truck up there to get heads redone and got my truck back with a misfire because they broke the locking clips for the coil pack plugs. Even after getting that fixed I still get a code for a random misfire and now my truck is in worse condition than when I sent it in

Case Rizzo Gut overcharged about $70 because the dude charged me $40 labor on what party that was a 2 minute install Max and $30 for a part that I provided, then told me it was the wrong part, bullshit...I looked up the one he ordered, it was reservations to the one I provided.... Gonna be real iffy for be to return

Cheyanne Crooks These guys are great! They are honest, very caring and they treat you like family. From the moment I walked through the door they were there to guide me through the process of getting my car fixed. They also made me aware of how the insurance process works so i didnt get stuck paying unnecessary fees and deductible for something I didnt do. They got my car right in so the process could get started ASAP. They also went out of their way to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car and waited very patiently for the insurance company to sort things out. I wish there were more honest people like these gentlemen in this world! I would go out of my way to recommend them!

connie dillard I own 2 fifth wheels and Randall has helped us repair both units. From Ac repair to toilet seal replacement to replacing a new Jack on my Montana. Randall knew everything about repairing them both whatever the problem was. He came to help us very quickly each time If I could give him 10 stars I definitely would. James Sowell I have had work done with them for almost 20 years. I feel they are honest and genuine people. They are not a big company place where corporate wants something (numbers). I truly believe if you have a issue they will shoot you straight and give a honest answer without trying to profit from someone in need. 10/10 highly recommend. Learning from living all around the country, a lot of mechanics are not honest and get commission. J&B is definitely worth a shot of looking into if you need work done.

They fit us in and got it done in about an hour. Super friendly and did a great job. Definitely on my list of places to go when needed.

Ken Crawford Very nice people & clean facility. They do good work at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. On our most recent visit, to get my wife’s car serviced, he offered to replace the tire sensor that was out and showed it to us on his reader. He mentioned it was the left rear sensor, and we said that the dash warning said it was the left front. He kindly explained that when the tires get rotated, the sensors need to be recalibrated. Apparently the other tire shop we used for services didn’t recalibrate them when they last rotated our tires. These guys are nice, accommodating, thorough, and reasonably priced - like more businesses used to be. Their traditional old school practice of customer service (and with a smile) and very competitive price is certainly refreshing. As long as they continue like they are, they will continue to have our business. Highly recommend.

Elex Guy kept my mower for close to a month. Wouldnt answer phone. Finally got him on the phone on a Saturday morning. Said he would check on my mower and call me back, but didnt return call. A week later, drove to his place from 25 miles away. They had my mower outside in "storage" . Charged me for repairs that, when I got back home, discovered had not been performed. The term "crook" would be an understatement here.

Drew Hagen This guy is a crook! Took my mower in for repairs over 2 mo the ago. Only needed 2 front tires and small maintenance. Now he is saying its 800 for all that and the hydraulic pump in transmission is bad. It worked just fine when I took it to him. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF there if you want it back in the same condition. Lets not talk about his lack or should I say non-existent ability to actually call you like he says he will but over 2 months waiting for 2 tires and simple repairs... HORRIBLE!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

briana rangel HORRIBLE SHOP DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! This shop took two months to fix my car not only that but the first time they "fixed" my car it was such a bad job it was half ass done you could still see the damages. I couldn’t believe they had the audacity to give me my car in such poor conditions. I basically told them I was not taking my car back like that so they had to keep my car even longer because they failed to fix the problem. Not only that but they scratched up my rear window and the owner refused to fix it and was blaming me for the damages and I had to fight to get it fixed. The lady they have communicating with you doesn’t even live in town & has no idea what the shop is actually doing. She told me I was getting a new bumper and that wasn’t true. They have very bad communication between the lady who updates you and the shop its self. Not only that but they scratched up my new rims TWICE and blamed the machine they have. They also removed the protective covers I had on the door handle of my car and didn’t even bother to put them back! Even after fighting with them to fix my car they still left me with a half ass job my car was not returned to its original condition. They only care about getting paid they do NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER satisfaction. NEVER going back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Chris Plemons Tyler’s auto air fit my daughters vehicle into their busy schedule when she didn’t have any a/c in the middle of summer diagnosed it and charged it got it blowing cold again for a fair price. She was back on the road in an hour. Thank you for your help.

Aaron Cummings I guess it’s hit or miss with Tyres, considering the good reviews. A family member went here for a diagnosis and was charged $500 for the diagnostic test, and they refused to give her a printout of the diagnostic test. Then proceeded to quote her nearly $4,000 (yes thousands) to repair her A/C in a 2018 Tahoe. Long story short the only thing wrong was the actuator blender, which I repaired myself. A $50 part was the only thing broken, although Tyres estimate was $4,000. They blatantly tried to take advantage of her because she didn’t know any better. So if you get a high estimate I’d strongly consider going somewhere else just to get another opinion. A scam if I ever seen one.

Charles Boadu Please don’t waste your time and money going there....they will rip you off.. I took my car there because my catalyst converter was getting super hot to the extend that it burns my floor mat on the driver side. When I get there the man told me he’s all booked until tomorrow so I asked him if I can leave the car because I was scared my car will catch fire. He said is ok so I left his shop. Later that day he called me and told me my fuel injectors are bad and is dumping fuel unto the catalyst converter that’s why is getting really hot and is going to cost me $750 to fix it and it will be more if he replace the fuel injectors and the problem don’t go. I told him I don’t have money right to go thru it so I’m going to come pick up my car. He told me he has dental appointment so I should come next day. Next day Early in the morning I went there to pick my car. He told me to pay him $110 for diagnosis, I paid and took my car and sent it to another shop in town. Long sorry short it took me $60 for part and $60 for labor to fix the car ...THE IGNITION COIL WAS THE PROBLEM OF THE CAR....and this Shop wanted to break my bank and rob me blind. I wish I can give them zero Star but I can’t. Thx

Patricia Mudd I am extremely impressed, great service, communication and the owners are awesome. We had a leak in the roof of our RV. Lisa was amazing with helping with the insurance. Such a knowledgeable and sweet lady. Kelly ( owner as well as Lisa) did a amazing job on the repairs. In addition to the leak we had a problem with the rail of the kitchen cabinet. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the job he done. My brother in law had a leak in his camper roof, took it back to the manufacture for repair, talk about extended time to get it back (3 months) and his roof has several ripples. When we told him about the job Kelly did, his reply was “ should have taken my camper to them” We had a second camper which we wanted to sell and they helped us with selling it... talk about great customer service and truly nice people, we could not have found better company or owners ... Thank you both, as long as we have campers.... they will have our business.
