1 /5 Case Rizzo: Gut overcharged about $70 because the dude charged me $40 labor on what party that was a 2 minute install Max and $30 for a part that I provided, then told me it was the wrong part, bullshit...I looked up the one he ordered, it was reservations to the one I provided.... Gonna be real iffy for be to return

He communicated the issue and solution effectively. He had my part here within 24 hours. The shop itself offers a one year warranty on their work. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive repair needs. First Review: Honest work for an honest price. I will be back for any repairs needed in the future.

5 /5 John Kalma: We were passing through town when our car started making a strange noise. We stopped here and the mechanic came out to let us know what was wrong. Very nice people. If we lived here, I would have them work on our vehicles.

4 /5 Yantian Lu: Honest shop. We took my daughters BMW X1 for overheating problem to J&R. They replaced the fan and it seemed they fixed the overheating issue. The car was parked at A&M for couple of months without much use. My daughter found the overheating cameback when she was ready to drive it back home to Austin for Thanksgiving. We had to have the car towed to BMW shop in College Station, and the shop found out the fan installed by J&R was aftermarket and did not work well on the car. I called J&R and talked to the owner Jeremy, explained the case to him. Jeremy was very honest, and agreed to refund me for the part. I sent the fan back and Jeremy sent refund check to me. Thank you Jeremy!
