Absolute Bridal The service here was unbeatable. I have been dealing with a car issue for over two months with another mechanic and was given the run around saying my car was completely unfixable without a full new engine replacement. Luckily, I got a second opinion with Ciscos. He was not only able to fix it but he did it in one afternoon. He was honest and helpful. As a single mother this meant the world to me. As a business owner, his customer service and honest approach to a complicated situation were highly valued. I will be using him for all future car needs and I highly recommend you do too.

Melanie Heard We were charged for diagnostics and given a quote for a job that, when taken to another mechanic was not only the wrong issue, but even the wrong code and the part they claimed needed to be replaced was in great condition and did not need to be replaced at all. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Update: After being a different diagnosis and having another shop fix the car Cisco’s gave us a refund for our last visit.

Martin Vega Jr. I have called them twice for different issues on both a truck and my work vehicle, and both times they were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient. I will never take my vehicle elsewhere as long as Dead Eye is in service. They were great to deal with. The cherry on top, they were very honest. They told me where I could find the most affordable parts as well as told me how we could avoid doing troubleshooting steps that were costly. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Michael C. I had a great experience. Scheduled an appointment online. In advance of my appointment they called to confirm my needs and vehicle info. On the day of the appointment they were professional and my vehicle was ready to go in a couple of hours. They also demonstrated integrity by not adding addition labor or materials that really weren’t required. They are now my first choice for general automotive maintenance and repair.

Zeke Perales My truck went down this weekend. Had to get it towed. I ended up taking it to Christian Brothers Automotive in Midland on Monday. They had it back to me today by 5. They were beyond courteous and very forthright with what they found and the cost of the repairs. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! 5 Stars!!

Took my 6.0 excursion in because she wasnt running right - BB got me fixed up and back on the road. Theyve made a customer for life out of me. Hands down, best repair shop out here in the Permian.

Dolores Hill We were in Midland visiting our daughter and new grandbaby.. our car started leaking coolant ..O’Reillys auto shop on Big Springs recommended Sugars… he got us in next day and was great to work with and charged a fair price . He even said come back before you drive back to California and I’ll check everything to make it is ok But it all seemed OK, no leaks, so we didn’t go back but made it to California and I’ve been driving it ever since no problems. Would definitely go back to Sugars!!

I have a high mileage truck and he showed me what I needed to keep an eye on and how to know when a service was required to keep it running as long as possible. Queen Rattlesnakes So let me start off by saying, that I liked them but now I don’t. So this morning at 8am dropped my car to get it checked out because it was being weird. Anyways the younger gentleman man was so nice, he said well do this and that and I was like perfect. But since 12pm rolled around I haven’t heard anything. So I called at 1:30 and I said hey I was wondering if u found anything wrong with my car. And he said u need a differential, and I said ok, how much will it cost and he had the guts to tell me that he’s very busy. I just wanted to know how much it was going to be. So I said ok thank u, and he hang up on me. And I know it was the owner or the old man that had an attitude when I dropped it off this morning. Overall they at least checked it but he shouldn’t had an attitude just for me asking him a question. Guess he treats ladies with those kind of manners.

Tim K I work in jal / Hobbs area and drive a Porsche cayenne 2016 turbo. I have brought this car several times for regular maintenance, and once for an actual issue. He does NOT take advantage of you. All his prices industry competitive l and he does great work. I got a quote from porshe directly for some similar work. He was cheaper by about 35-40% on labor. Parts cost were same as the quota from Porsche dealer. Considering he is THE ONLY import repair specialist in the Permian basin. He could easily mark up like most Permian basin companies do. He does not!!! Staff is great too. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone!

Kent Zammit I lost my truck transmission (99 F250 Super Duty Diesel with 6 speed manual) while driving from CA to LA. Allen came highly recommended by another shop in town that was too overloaded to help. Allen agreed to do the repair, found a rebuilt transmission for $2000 less than original estimate, and worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to check differential for any damage, flush the cooling lines to remore any metal and get the core returned for credit. On top of that he met me at the shop on a Sunday to get my truck so I could start my drive home. Allen is a real gem of a person and does GREAT work, I highly recommend him! Angelini Cruz I cannot speak about the service here but I can speak about Allen who answered the phone when I was broke down with an overheating engine. He asked me where I was, as I knew I just needed coolant, and he helped me find the closest place to me that would sell it to me so I could be on my way. I appreciate the calm voice with direction when I was panicking since I don’t live in the area and was stuck waiting for my truck to cool down on the highway. Seems like a really nice man.
