1 /5 Macie Blevins: Called to have car towed in to fix cv axel and to replace the shocks. Tow truck comes out and takes before pictures of the car, loads up the car, and drops off at danny’s. when danny’s takes and posts their before pictures, i notice my front right tire is on the ground NOT HOW IT WAS WHEN IT WAS PICKED UP. got estimate, they wanted over $5,000 for damages WE DID NOT DO. asked them to look at tow truck before pictures because the tow company or danny’s auto messed up my car, causing the $5,000 worth of damages, which we did not want (AND SHOULD NOT HAVE) to pay. danny’s agreed that the tire was on the car in tow trucks before pictures and agreed it was not on when arrived. HOWEVER, after they looked at video footage somehow they decided that damages were our fault!!!! even tho there are scrape marks in my driveway as well. we just decided to take the loss, gonna cost more to fight with lawyers than to just over pay for the damage and get the repairs done, we need the car. went to pick up the car, my front end is all scratched up, my fender is bent terribly from the tire, a light has been busted out!!! AND THE SHOCKS WERE NOT REPLACED, WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE!!! all of those damages caused for NOTHING. either action wrecker or danny’s auto ruined my car and no one will admit it. pathetic. crooks if you ask me.
