1 /5 Fernanda Gutierrez: This place is super unprofessional and they are dis-honest. My husband took his Cadillac to get the breaks and shocks replaced and paid almost 6000 dollars for the work and they damaged his trunk door while he left it with them. When he picked it up he let them know of the problem and they told him they would take care of it when he had time to bring it back since my husband had work, now we did just that yesterday and they called him saying they would work on it for a price. They started making up stories on how the car arrived there with the problem already, after they had already said they would be responsible for it. He tried explaining on how his cars trunk was perfectly fine when he took it to them and there’s no need for us to lie about something something damaged that is only a couple hundreds to fix when we paid thousands for the other work that got done there with them it’s only that they should be responsible for something they messed up it’s the moral. When my husband arrived they were super sarcastic my husband said it’s weird that my trunk had never had a problem for 14 years I’ve had it and never had a problem and I bring it to you guys and it’s not working and they laughed and said yeah it’s a coincidence that it got damaged while you left it. They laughed and were arguing back and forth making up different stories on how when they opened the trunk they struggled to open it then the manager Ricardo and Josh were saying they were able to opened it just fine. Another worker on the phone said they actually opened it from the back with a button at this point it was three different stories to lie just not to make themselves accountable for what they did. At that point I just left but will definitely never be back because they do not make themselves accountable if they damage your car in any way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END CAR HERE! Take it to that dealership where they are responsible for what they do.
