Gerald R I dropped off our 6.0 Excursion. Keaton diagnosed, called back with estimates and repaired the problem. Very helpful, curious and willing to discuss repairs. D&G was recommended to me by another state inspection shop in town for repairs on 6.0 diesels. Repairs were much less than expected. Any sort of repair on a vehicle in todays world is not cheap. I feel like I was charged very fairly and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. I will definitely recommend D&G to anyone and would not hesitate to use this shop again.

Kelly Metz My wifes car was acting up, and she noticed the brakes were not engaging and the ride was extremely bumpy. We are fairly new to the area, so she didnt really know where to go but needed to get off the road before she got into an accident. She saw West Motors and stopped, as best as she could, to have them check the vehicle. Come to find out, both rear shock mounts broke, and the break line was cut by one of them. They were very helpful and gave my wife very solid and good advice. Being that we have only had the vehicle 2 1/2 months, I had to argue with the dealership about them repairing the damages. They finally took responsibility. The guys at West Motor offered to help as much as they could and even offered to tow the vehicle to the dealership. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I out in a very scary and stressful moment. We didnt get any work done there, but they will definitely get my business when the time comes. Its hard to find honest and good people when it comes to auto repair, but we were very lucky to find them at West Motors Service Center.

Glori Wyatt Dropped off an 85 GMC Sierra for paint and some body work. Owner said he would complete job in 3 months. It’s been FIVE years. I finally just went to pick it up Bc I’m fed up with getting the run around. Took my daily driver to get some hail damage repaired and he didn’t even touch the roof. I called him and he said oh we don’t repair roofs for hail damage Bc nobody ever sees the top of tall vehicles. Don’t ever waste your time or money here.
