I’m sure everyone’s results will vary upon the issue with their vehicle but I will be using them again. Price was reasonable and they communicated everything with me so I knew exactly what was happening the whole time.

Addendum: Had issues relating to the previous work done. These guys took a lot of time and put a lot of effort into getting things right. Figured out that my water pump needed replacing as well. They did that at a fair price as well. Keeping the customers happy, thats what theyre all about!

We had to have two things repaired within the warranty time period from work that was done in November. They send out a tow truck and got it taken care of at no additional charge to us. Thank you ABC for taking care of us!

Was told a certain thing was wrong with our truck and they checked everything...found out it was a TOTALLY different problem and found a completely unrelated issue. They could have totally have ripped us off but instead, were completely honest and saved us money! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Oh! And the truck was done within a day!!! Unheard of!!

Cat N Panda: Only been twice.. good work,and good people.. but when 12:30 comes around, the all go to lunch.. I understand lunch, but all they had to do was put the part on and I could go.. 10 min max.. but nope.. if I dropped the car off, that would be one thing.. but sat there waiting the whole time. Aside from the lunch thing.. I recommend these people. Fair price, and great knowledge. I just wouldent come around 12-1.

Christopher Verhoef: My grandpas truck was brought here because the air conditioner went out. We asked for them to find the issue and provide an estimate. The owner, who worked on the truck, came back and said that he had already done the work and it would cost $257 after tax. He said he had replaced the high pressure valve. The ac worked for a few weeks then stopped blowing cold again. We took it back to the same shop since we thought that they might guarantee their work. We asked for an estimate this time as well, but again, no estimate was provided before work was done. This time they performed a dye test, which they didnt do the first time. The test was inconclusive. They said it would be $285 this time, again without any estimate given beforehand, on the same issue they thought they already fixed. When we pushed the issue, they brought the price down to $218 and they said they wouldnt let us have the truck until we paid in cash. They said they would impound the truck and charge fees on top of the labor that we never got an estimate for. The AC issue is still unresolved and undiagnosed. The price wasnt broken down for parts or labor for either visit so there was no way to know if it was a fair price. If we didnt have the money (no estimate beforehand) we wouldnt have a truck and theres no way to know how much we would have been charged. If youre on hard times, Id recommend avoiding this shop as you might lose your car.

Angela McDaniel: I AM NOT MECHANICALLY LITERATE SO SPECIFIC PARTS AND DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS WILL BE RARE!! Auto International is an honest knowledgeable & affordable service provider . We took our daughters VW Jetta to 2 different shops thank God the second one We Fix Em, suggested we take it to Auto International because they didn’t have the tool needed to fix the car. He not only repaired whatever was wrong with it but he also addressed an issue that I was concerned about and he also noticed while test driving it. He could have just replaced unnecessary parts but he discovered some bolts were loose on the transmission, tightened them up and didn’t charge anything extra!!

It’s now been 4 weeks and he wants to charge $1300 labor plus parts and the truck is still sitting in the same spot the wrecker driver left it a month ago. I wasted $200 in tow fees for absolutely nothing but lies, lies, and more lies. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY - FIND A REPUTABLE SHOP!
