Deneja Rubin PLEASE READ So I went to George Automotive to get my vehicles axel and a couple of other things fixed it took a month…a couple weeks later I found a 2010 battery installed in my 2018 car (mind you I got the car less than a year ago from a good dealership) and all of a sudden my front 2 tires were bald. Also a different size than the original tires. All I’m saying is …I’m a young black female a target at these kind of places. Be careful.

kamri reid The best in the area. Finding an honest mechanic, especially in this area is very hard to come by. I have recommended everyone I know to Craig. He will not nickel and dime you. If there is something genuinely wrong with your vehicle, he will let you know, and quote you a price before he does anything. I was taking my vehicle elsewhere for the normal maintenance, and they were NOT doing what they were suppose to be doing. Craig has been doing my oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc. He’s not only the best mechanic around, he’s the best uncle as well. Highly recommend!

Green Ive used Mr. James three times now for major car repairs. #1, he is an honest and upfront person. #2 I can assure you his pricing for repairs are way below what the chain shops will charge, #3 He will go out of his way to take care of you. #4 He completes the job in a very timely manner and warranties all his work. #5 He wil continue to be my go to mechanic when I need one!

Nate Jake flushed and changed my A/C Compressor the right way since some mechanics cant do their job right. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. I will definitely be using his services in the future if needed.

Jerry Landrum This fella diagnosed my Silverado running issue and had it going in quick order. Hes honest, shows up when he says he will, knocks out the job quickly, and is very reasonable. I highly recommend you give him a call.

Kayla Laws Had my car sent here through carmax to have a scratch fixed on my door that was made while in their possession. Not only do I still see the spot where it was at, there are extra scratches on my car. It looks as though the spot itself was never sanded down and they just painted over the top of it. The clear coat has bits of dust or dirt in it making it bumpy in certain areas. I gave 2 stars because the paint at least matches the rest of the car, so hes good at paint matching. They offered to have my car taken back to him to fix but if its wrong the first time, im afraid itll come back with even more scratches the second time.

Pamela Overall They were very rude and unhelpful. They kept brushing me off when Id object to what they wanted to do to my car and man-splaining to me. They didnt listen to my concerns at all. They just kept pushing for an estimate to be done. More concerned with padding the bill then fixing my car.

James Lewis Ashton was a life saver for me today. I’ve been dealing with no A/C for about 2 months now, and have been trying to figure it out myself since it went out. But I finally had to give in and take it to a shop for professional help. His prices were more than fair and he was able to diagnose, order parts, and install parts all within a working day. I couldn’t ask for better service, especially in this field of work, when it’s sometimes hard to trust mechanics. I will 100% go back to him if to have anything done to my car that I can’t figure out myself. Thanks again Ashton.

Jeremy I normally don’t leave reviews, but this can’t be real. I was already 18k in the hole after buying my lovely 2006 Chevy Duramax LLY. I decided to take to Ashton Automotive. They were so polite and kind. Gave them the keys and gave them my concerns and that was that. I let them have their way. Told them take their time no rush etc… Well like 2 business days later I got a detailed breakdown of things wrong with my truck via text. Accepted all repairs! Well now I’m at 23k in hole with my truck, but this time. Ashton went above and beyond and got my truck running a million times better. I’ll tell you what! They’ve earned all my business, I’m getting my maintenances done there and everything else every single time. The reviews are real! This place is exactly what the reviews say. I appreciate them so much. Words can’t explain!

Esmeralda Arellano I was looking for a place to fix my truck after the hail storm and casually found One Stop Hail Repair. I can honestly say they are very professional people and did an amazing job. Their communication skills are top notch. They always give you calls with updates on the car. I was in contact with Jonathan and he was amazing. Once the job was done let me know if i had any issues or concerns to let them know. I recommend them to anyone requiring their service and would be coming back here in case of any future needs. They went above and beyond on the service, even cleaned my car and left it smelling great! 5 stars for them.

Ruben Hernandez I live out of town. And I’m moving to Killeen. I paid for all my parts on my Audi that needed to get done when I came back into town. They were ready for my vehicle.. I just called L&H and said I was on my way to town. They said bring it in the next day., they worked on my car and not only did they do the maintenance on it. They also let me know that it had a leak and they would be happy to work on it for me to just let them know.. see the thing is I knew there was a leak in it already so this wasn’t someone who made a leak happen in my Audi I knew there was a coolant leak so the fact that they not only did the maintenance on my vehicle but found something wrong with it and reported it to me says a lot about the shop…. They actually care about the customers., and they care about business. The atmosphere is amazing when you go there you treated me like family. If you have to wait on your vehicle, right next-door to them and s a food truck park. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I ate some amazing wings also. I recommend them to anybody whether you need an oil change or extensive work done on your vehicle….. the mechanics know how to work on Audi’s that should tell you everything you need to know. And above all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ben M 96 crown Vic (Gustavo) is the man. The prices were more than reasonable the work is exemplary and the staff is awesome. If you have a crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis, Marauder or Lincoln Town car in the 90s or any other maker model for that fact. Gustavo is a Ford trained technician with over 8 years experience as a Ford technician. He knows his job better than most. You cant go wrong with L&H, honest mechanics how far is he between.

Allen Just pulled in cuz I was having some issues with my car and thought an oil change might help a little bit. Not only did they change my oil and let me watch but they also took a look at it. Told me most likely was going on a decent estimate of how much it would cost to fix and also did a bit of cleanup to give me some time to get stuff together. Out of all the auto shops Ive been to one of the best services that Ive had.

Steven Ferguson Best place for oil change in Killeen. Long time customer with absolutely no complaints ever. They will often tell you other things wrong with your vehicle if it presents itself while in service. They are honest......its up to you to listen or not....head their notifications if you get one. Your car is a big investment. They may save you a large maintenance bill in the future by telling you mi or or major faults they find.

Ester Super friendly and helpful staff. In and out in fifteen minutes fort state inspection. Only $7. Was Soo great that I went home and grabbed second vehicle for inspection. Cant beat the price or service for this. Highly recommend.

Alexis Grojean Recently took my Jeep in and had a lovely experience. The lady who runs the front like a boss, was absolutely amazing to me. Always heard me out and helped me get my jeep back up and running. She called all over to find a camshaft for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but she never stopped busting her butt to find one for my Jeep. I just received my jeep today and she is running better than before! I will update this in a few weeks but I highly recommend Als SuperCenter! Amazing customer service, endless efforts to fix your vehicle in a timely manner and everyone was super kind/friendly. I will be back for all of my future services.

Serenity I dropped my car off with no appointment and I was concerned they would have it for days since I didnt have appointment but by 12 ish they were done. I took it in for something but they advise me to take it to the dealer after they inspected to check for the problem. I proceed to ask for the amount (which I thought was like anywhere between $50-$200) and she said “u are all good, don’t worry about it”… They are definitely NOT money hungry. I had taking my previous car there and also had a good experience. Thanks for taking the time and also printing stuff for me to read as well so I can take it to the dealer.. Thank you again. Carlin Dyer Webb the technician and Lori the office manager are above par compared to anywhere else I’ve ever been. They was professional, quick to offer any help with services and attention to detail like no other shop!!!! On top of that they are well adverse in diesel transmissions and transfer cases. They rebuilt my 2006 T case along with overdrive housing. Wonderful people

Mr Grey Great shop, trustworthy and diligent. I had some 22 inch tires put on my Cayenne and they were able to do a great job when other shops said they couldnt accommodate the size. They are very nice and reasonably priced, they also offer many services and I will go back.

Frank M Bad service waited 2 hours for a mechanic to show up. Did not hear from them called twice keep getting same answer a mechanic is on his way he will text and nothing called to cancel went to get a charger to start it up on my own and they still want to charge $100 for doing nothing. Horrible company they did not mention cancellation fee. Do not use them if you live in Killeen.
