Michael Olvera Its kind of your last option store. Every time Ive ever went in there usually they dont have it its on back order they never have carbureted stuff. Im always told well people dont drive that stuff no more. But theres still some of us hot rod guys left. Id say just make the extra 12 miles and go to OReillys you cant beat them they always have what you need. Now dont get me wrong the people in the store are really cool and amazing people. Its just the stock is not good.

Sarah Johnson They sold me the wrong battery for my truck. When I took my truck to a mechanic because my battery light and check engine light was still on, the mechanic told me the battery terminals are corroded, which is the condition the battery was in when they sold it to me. I do not recommend buying a battery from them.

"Professional" parts changer, cannot fix squat. $1000 for basically 2 rear shocks and air filter and air intake and power steering motor and the "old" motor is not damaged. "you need to take it to Chevy dealer to reset the computer". He said. RUN!!!

Doug Cain I am an RV Vagabond, and finding good mechanics is difficult these days. These people at Groesbeck Tire and Auto were exceptional. Very professional and competent. A shining star in a sea of mediocrity. Ill go back. Call well ahead, they are busy.

NDRC I had a flat tire & searched close tire shop was happy to find I was only a mile away. Place didnt look like a normal tire shop, instead of pulling in to a bay, its a store front that I had to park & go inside Good Year. I go inside, there was a lady who was rude. I asked if this was a tire shop, she said yes (very snarky). I explained I need my tire fixed...she said they were busy in a rude tone. So I asked if I could get my tire fix she said yes. I had to pull answers out of her. Then she said I need your keys...I give her my keys, sat for a while watched my keys sit on the counter. A worker walked in from shop area I assumed my tire would get fix but he went back out she didnt mention anything about my car to him. There was no one else there but me. I asked her where another tire shop was & without offering me a time-frame or satisfaction...she gave me the name of another place (so I left). She left me confused & not satisfied with her demeanor, tone & lack of customer service. What a waste of my time. Im just leaving the 2nd tire shop S&S AG Center, I was in & out within minutes...will definitely leave a positive review on their site.

Chris Krosschell Cory did not provide much of a service for the rate that I paid. He is $275 for a trip charge plus an hour of labor. I had seven items on my punch-list that needed fixed. Given his rate, I intentionally waited until I had a few items add up so that it would be worth it to call him out. At the end of the hour of labor (he was watching the minutes), he had caulked about six linear inches of a corner of my shower and provided consultation on two other items. In other words, six the items didn’t not get done. From the moment he got here, he seemed to be wanting to tell me how to fix things rather than taking responsibility for the job that I asked him to do. If I had the means to fix things, I wouldn’t have agreed to pay him $275 to come out. He was at a stopping point at the end of his hour and said he was out of material for one of the items. He said he could order some parts and get the material and be back. That second trip was going to be another $275. I realized I was going to be in for $550 at that point and wasn’t sure how the second trip would go. One of the items, which was my priority item, was a three inch septic drain line needed repaired. He told me he does not do septic work. He didn’t seem to have a lot of tools and equipment with him. So for $275 he did a little bit of caulk and some consultation (I wanted the items taken care of--I did not ask for consultation). That doesn’t seem to be a good value to me. I mentioned to him this concern and he said that he was a good rate for what he was doing. He didn’t consider to offer some kind of a consolation for someone who is paying $275 for such little work. He just quickly walked away with his check.
