INiyah H. After calling a couple shops locally here in Paris and not having any luck we decided to check these guys out and they were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and honest and helped me get situated and back on the road since I drive over an hour to work. They even had knowledge about places for me to get parts to be more in my budget without breaking the bank. Definitely come and see them! You won’t be disappointed!

Angel Edwards Only place I get my vehicles worked on. He is always upfront and honest. Only fixes the actual problems, and gets the work done correctly and promptly have only had to go back for one do over and it was all warranty and the problem was the part failed 10 months later and several 1000 miles. He replaced it with no problems 2023...continue to be a lifesaver and great place was told I had an alternator out somewhere else he checked it all out turns out it was just a bad battery cable. Fixed for a min amount and back on the road on no time

K Paige Ring He charges less than half of what other places charge and he actually fixes the problem. Ive tried a lot of different places in town (and a few out of town) but Ricks is the best and the most reasonable. He really cares about your vehicle and you. Its the only place my family and I trust.

Darin Craven We broke down just outside of town and were towed to Rons. He took great care of us. With over 40 years in the business we knew were were in good hands.

Geneva Llewellyn We were on a trip from Nevada to Florida when our car started to act up. I called Ronnie who told me to bring it right in. He determined that the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced (which I had just done before leaving on my trip). Ronnie was able to replace the $220 part under warranty and get me a new one for free. The labor he charged was more then reasonable and cheaper then I expected. He had us back on the road within 2 hours. Ronnie and his beautiful wife Sherri put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands.. Thanks again Ronnie / Sherri for helping us. It was a pleasure meeting you both.

Michael Nickey This is my “go to” shop for oil changes and vehicle repairs. Chad & Stephanie are helpful, professional; good recommendations on repairs, don’t promote unnecessary repairs; reasonable prices. I would recommend.

Staci Perkins Scott’s collision quoted me adequately where my final price was almost the same as the quote. That really thought of everything. My truck was repaired perfectly. They even detailed the full truck before me getting it back. Their customer service was top notch keeping me informed through every step of the process. I personally worked with Johnny and would recommend him to anyone! Great job guys thank you for all your hard work.

Anitra Babcock Not only have they given me excellent service the two times I’ve brought vehicles in I pulled in there when a tarp flew up under my vehicle and wrapped around the axle while driving on the highway right by them and they didn’t hesitate to get up under it and cut it out to send me back on my way in mere minutes and would not even let me pay them anything for their time and trouble. Friendly, professional and helpful. You could not ask for more if you’re looking for a top notch place to do business with!

Jennifer Noe Reno Paint & Body has a loyal customer here! I’m going through an ordeal with an insurance claim & they helped out more than the insurance company has! They are very polite, customer service is spot on, the front desk is alway smiling and willing to assist you, the work ethic is great & my paint job was fab! Reno Paint & Body all the way!!!

Alyssa Edwards I normally don’t do these, but I cannot say enough good things about Reno Paint & Body! Their customer service is the best. Dealing with insurance was a nightmare, and they took care of me and had my back throughout the entire process! Every single person I talked to and worked with was amazing. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain things I didn’t know about/understand, and they made sure my car was fixed properly! My car looks better than it did when I bought it! Cee Bee Old owners were fantastic and trustworthy. After business was bought, had oil change on new car. Part installed incorrectly and car started having problems. Took it back in and new owners did not disclose error. They were secretive and deceptive and were unaware their whispered conversation could be heard. One of their mechanics confirmed the error, but owners never did inform me or admit problem caused by their shops faulty work. I will never be back.

Audrey Allard My converted GMC school bus broke down in the middle of the 180 highway and was able to be back on the road in less than 72h. Both Bryan & Dillon were very helpful, professional and accommodating; would 1000% recommend their services! Thank you very much once again guys xo

Trey Sampley CROOKS This place is a scam. If they think they can take advantage of you, they will. My truck was leaking antifreeze end up being a heater cool hose that was leaking. They replace it without me knowing the problem and cost. They ended up charging me $350 for a heater core hose and antifreeze. Which is insane. Do not come here.

Lesa Thompson Mom took sons car there to get looked. She really should have taken it somewhere else. Communication and affordability are not good. Kept it for four days. Told us that it could be fixed one day then the next that it needed a new engine. Cost $200 and nothing was done. No calls to tell us how much all this looking and no fixing was going to cost. Really should have been at least a courtesy call if nothing could be done before keeping it so long and charging for an opinion. She said she heard it was a good place. If you dont have money to throw away for nothing and want updates in a timely manner before being charged, I would not recommend this place. Would recommend Williams Collision and F&S motors both in Hogo. Both places have looked at other vehicles of mine and cpmmunicated all charges beforehand.

Michael Gatlin hes a great mechanic true to his word very knowledgeable, I very much appreciate him fixing my 2014 GMC.

Nick S If you could give negative stars I would. This place/this man is a liar, a cheat, and a thief. DO NOT use this place at any and all costs as you will be lied to and overcharged for everything and anything possible. Terrible person to deal with and again I advise STAY AWAY from this place.
