I recently had them replace a Honda accord alternator, for which I bought the part myself (the option of buying the part myself and only being charged for labor was presented to me) and they repaired it in less than 1 business day!

1 /5 Juan Mata: I went in to get a transmission flush to which I was gonna be charged $375. I called around and other shops were charging me 250 to 325. I asked the older gentleman who was very short to see if he can better the price to which he got upset I explained to him that Alamo Transmission would charge me $250 and they can do it on Monday so I asked him if he can better the price so I can do it with them. The gentleman got upset and said that Alamo transmission does a shitty work and then he responded that now he was gonna charge me even more money because of what I told him. This was very unprofessional. and there was no reason for him to react that way, because in I only asked if he can give me a better price there was no reason for him to tell me that he was gonna up the price that is not the right way to treat people or to do business I do not recommend this place. The guy is unprofessional

1 /5 Adam Chi: Stay away! They had my car for a little over three weeks and they stated that they got the vehicle running. When I got home my vehicle still had the same issues. I would call and the manager was almost always unavailable and they said they would call back and never did. Of course on the ticket they wrote in big letters "NO WARRANTY". Also did not provide the cost of parts they "replaced". All that was written was parts+labor and the total.100% would not recommend to anyone!

They gave me an estimate of when I would need to return to get them replaced and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this group!

5 /5 Daniel: I recently needed to replace 2 pig tail wires which connect to ignition coils- I needed two replaced as I was headed out of town next day- Staff was able to help me out that same day by replacing both at a very decent price and they said 2 hour wait - which ended being less than that- Truck runs good got me to my destination and back with no issues . Thank you- I will return for replace other 4
