Jeremy G This was the first time I have been there due to being from Florida. We needed an oil change and our entertainment center acted up as I was driving there. No appointment was needed. Alberto greeted me and explained how everything works. They even checked out my entertainment center and got it working before I left. Having never been there before, Alberto walked me around the entire service center explaining why they moved to this location, how everything was set up for a more efficient working environment, and showed me all of the lounges for the customers. Alberto was professional, polite and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to everyone. If I am ever back in this area and I need my truck worked on, I know I can come back to ServiceMax and be taken care of.

James Rutherford The customer service I received from Paula was exceptional—truly deserving of a five-star rating. She communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire vehicle repair process, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of automotive service. That said, my experience with the rest of the team highlighted an area for improvement—particularly in communication and follow-through. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it took interactions with four different advisors before I was finally informed that Paula was assisting another customer in the drop-off area. Each of the previous advisors assured me they would either locate Paula or provide an update, but none of them followed up. This lack of coordination created unnecessary confusion and frustration. A simple update or clearer communication from the team could have made the experience much smoother. I’d also like to point out that in the owner’s response to my review, I was addressed as “David,” despite my actual name being clearly displayed. This oversight raises the question of whether my review was even read at all. If youre going to respond, I would suggest taking a moment to read the content and address the reviewer correctly—rather than issuing what feels like a generic, copy-and-paste response.

Tee RC Called to ask if they knew how to fix electrical issues (doors not opening with clicker) and to check brakes and rotors but if they were needed to let me know because they have warranty on them. Owner says yes that they actually have a car right now with same electrical issue. Says bring it in Friday morning and itd take a few days. Maybe a couple of weeks if parts are needed. Well, they ended up shaving my rotors, when I told them not too because they had warranty and they never fixed my doors. Ordered a new battery for my clicker that took months to come in and finally told me they cohldnt figure out my doors. Claimed they see no issue when my doors clearly dont lock, maybe 1 out of ten beeps.. I called every few days and was never told what they did except a part was ordered for the door and they were waiting on it to come in.After almost 2 months of them having my car, I couldnt take it any more. Demanded my car back and the battery still had not arrived. Dared to charge me for the rotors even though I told them id pick up new ones for them to install because the warranty. A month later I brought my car to another brake place because they were just never right after Angels. They immediately told me they couldnt touch it and need to bring it back to Angels asap because there was a bolt missing and it was aligned correctly with the pad. (Cant remember the technical name for the part). They said Im lucky that I havent had an accident because my back brakes werent able to grab correctly. I immediately call Angels and tell him what the brake place says. He suggested it couldnt be his fault and to bring it in tomorrow and theyll check it. I did and when his guy looked at my car, I could see his eyes said it all. It was dangerous. I told Angel the brake place said I was lucky I didnt get in an accident... he dared to tell me that he says that to people too when he wants there business. Wow !The audacity! Never again will I go back there. Beware of the lies.

BIG A MEMPHIS 10 I used to go to Angel’s from 2015 to 2017 and had no issues. I pcs’d to a different location and came back. Had issues with my vehicles and went back to Angel’s. Totally different business tactics. Before you’d be told one price for what he was fixing. Now you’ll get told a price over the phone and when you get there it’s a 75 to 100 dollar difference. Also I paid for a service (was first given a price of 2600 which was later changed to 2900), got my vehicle back and had the same issues 2 months later. So it was still under warranty. I returned it back to Angel’s and it took him 7 weeks to give me my vehicle back. I didn’t start to really ask about my vehicle until week 4 because I needed it for work. He would get an attitude because I was asking about it after he would tell me multiple times that he was going to look at it and call me back, which he didn’t do. It took me going up there multiple times for him to finally look at it and give it back to me. Just know when I finally got it back I still had to take it to another shop 3 months later for the same issue. In the process he changed 378.00 to have my spark plugs changed. Not the wires and spark plugs, just the spark plugs. Definitely overcharged me but I needed to see if that was the issue. So I would definitely recommend 2015 Angel’s. I would definitely STAY AWAY from current Angel’s. 2015 Angel’s would do great work for a great price and have your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Current Angel’s will give you multiple prices, all of them being higher and you don’t know when you might get your vehicle back. I also had a friend that Angel’s kept his vehicle for 5 weeks and my friend just went and got it back and just took it somewhere else. I’d definitely stay away from current Angel’s.

I had the alternator replaced on my TC SCION after going to several shops with no success, but she was able to eye the problem and fix it immediately. She went above and beyond to help me. Elvin Miller One of the most unprofessional places Ive encountered in Killeen.. Accepted my car, knowing they had a full schedule and my car wouldnt be seen for months. Instead of saying that, they let my car sit in their unsecure lot for months with no update unless I called and checked up. Then every phone call was lie and procrastinating til the point I ended up getting my vehicle towed back to my house... Long story short I spent more in towing fees then they actually did any work. Horrible horrible experience

John Sluder I had excellent service at this location. I was having issues with my brake lights, and Lory did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He did it in a relatively short amount of time (couple hours) too--which is a relief! This guy is wonderful at tackling electrical problems in vehicles--you should try him out if youre not sure how to handle your own vehicles electrical system. Once again, excellent place!

He is an incredibly honest and people before profit kind of guy. If he quotes it, hes giving you the best quote youll find. Period. As far as his commitment and mechanical knowledge and expertise, he is second to none. He gaurantees his work and meets deadline, or is done sooner. He ensures his employees stand and deliver, just as he does, no matter WHAT kind of vehicle it. You will get your vehicle back exactly the same as when you left it, no scratches, no dings, no dirty or oily feet, nor hand-prints left in, or on, the extetior or interior of your car. The long and short of it, save money, save time, and never have to second guess whether or not youre getting what you pay for. Real talk. The Bee Guy Ive been going to Robinsons Auto for a few years now. Reggie and his crew are the best mechanics around! Hes honest and good with his labor estimates and finishing the job when he says its going to Bee done, they even work on Saturdays! Yes theyre always dirty, and yes they are always buried in cars, every make.. every model.. all day.. But aint and good quality mechanic gonna Bee? A++ GREAT JOBS GUYS! Why go anywhere else!?

Nasir Abbas These car mechanics are not good, they overcharge you, they dont fix the car once, you have to go to them again and again and they waste your uptime. I wouldnt even give them a star, but what can I do? I had an issue with my cars signal light. I went to them. They made a bill of $800 and I paid it. They fixed the signal light but did not fix the headlight. Two days later, I went to them again. They said, "Yes, they will fix it now." They fixed the light, but my seat belt, which they had fixed, was damaged during the wiring. When I asked them to fix it, they said there would be overcharges. We did not change it even though it was open. They fixed it themselves and were now asking me for more charges. I told them that you fixed this thing, you fixed it wrong, but they were not even ready to admit their mistake and were saying no, we did not fix it. I said then the Jinnes fixed it because I had brought it open, but their morals were not good, they were asking for more money which I could not afford, so please be careful with them, I will not go to them again for the car.fixing

They had no problem doing it and didnt ask me to buy one of theres and to top it off they installed it free of charge. I am beyond grateful for people like them. SharpieLady My car stalled completely while driving to work, and after looking around at options in the Killeen area to get it fixed, I found that Mayo Autoworks was the best fit for the job. They offered towing for cheaper than others, and it only took 30 minutes for them to arrive and take my car to get repaired. After running the diagnostic, they found that the EGR valve and throttle body of my Land Rover were leaking and needed to be cleaned/replaced. From Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon was all it took to get the parts ordered and everything serviced. The diagnostic also revealed problems i may encounter later on in my car so I am aware of any issues that may happen. They also included pictures with detailed records from the mechanic. When I had questions for the mechanic regarding my cars health, I was able to call Bridget (who works the front desk) and she was able to get Jacob the technician on the phone with me to answer my questions. Flexible non interest payment plans were also offered for me, which I appreciated as Land Rovers are more unique cars that need special attention/parts. Thanks for helping me and my old 20 year old car out this week!

Anna Update 1/29 this guy is a scammer! He installed the breaks on wrong. Had to take it the Break Check where they replaced the front and back break pads, removed the metal piece that this "skilled mechanic" left on there. It supposed to be removed. All for under 80$ and they include a lifetime warranty. Dont trust the fake reviews. Charged 225 -250 for labor.He did not provide receipts.Just took his word for it that he paid said price for the parts. The work took an hour. Changed front break pads and replaced driver door top hinge. I spent around $345. I dont feel like I saved money considering if I would have taken it I to an actual auto shop. But 250 for an hour of labor + parts is way to expensive.
