Mike I feel like the work could be done faster. You have 2 bays and 2 workers. Why only utilize one bay? One individual is draining the oil while the other man is standing in front of the car drinking coffee, Im assuming waiting for the oil to drain? 3 cars waiting for an oil change, I think of ways to make my job done faster and efficient. Use both bays and get cars moved out quicker. You literally remove the drain plug and oil filter, its not that difficult to NOT get cars mixed up.

Tammie GALVAN Brought the truck in for some front end work and when I went to pick up truck when they said it was ready I drove it home and started making terrible engine noise and died on highway. Got it home and there was no oil in engine even though I just had it changed 1 week ago. Had a mechanic look at the work that was done and he stated that the parts were all lose and not done properly. They charged $95.00 per hour for mechanic work (no master mechanics). As a result of there work the truck now needs a new engine. Have contacted them on this matter and all I have heard is I have to talk to our lawyer. I paid $1802 for the work done on the truck and it wasnt done properly and now it needs a new engine. Heard from a lot of people after this incident and have heard about there negative dealings with this business. Do not use this business if you need vehicle repairs. Would have put zero stars if it would let me.

Erica R. Jose installed a new windshield a couple months ago and did a wonderful job. Fast, affordable and quality work along with being a super nice guy! Same thing today when I brought my vehicle in and he repaired what I thought was an unfixable rock chip (large starburst).He repaired it way better than I expected. I HIGHLY recommend Frio Auto Glass!!

Ann Carr About two weeks ago, I left my 2008 VW New Beetle for repair since I work close by. The repair was to raise the right sided passenger window and secure it so it would not go up or down and then to change the oil. Mr. Jesse, didnt call me, I had to call him several times during the day to address what was needed and when the car would be completed. The window regulator needed replacement as it had been broken when the window fell. Not sure how you do an oil change and not notice where the oil is leaking from. Mr. Jesse said and oil change had been done and it was down 2 quarts of oil. Now, I am not mechanically inclined and this stayed with me. Since I had an oil leak, I checked the oil on Sunday. Oil color was black. After checking with my brother, he said the oil change probably had not been done at all. I am not pleased with this company and will make sure to not take any of my vehicles in for service with his company in the future. Bad word of mouth insures a reputation not worth dealing with..

Stef He worked on my grandmothers car and 1 day after taking it from him the engine started on fire. I would not trust this place he let my uncle work here who doesnt have any mechanical schooling / steals parts from cars.

A B MTZ road service saved the day for me and my brother when our cars splash shield broke loose and was dragging. Dominic was quick to get to us and quickly reattached the splash shield for us!! He also charged a very reasonable price! Do not hesitate to call MTZ for your car issues!!
