Josiah QUINTANA: went there to get A alignment done on my Vehicle ,I was there for almost 2 hours and they came back with the paperwork and said they weren’t able to align it properly that I went in there with a -2.2and I walked out with a -2.1. I just feel like if they weren’t able to do a proper alignment they should’ve never did it at all. They still charged me $140. They should’ve just said I’m sorry we can’t do it and charge me for a diagnostics. I called numerous of places that do alignments and they told me that they always check prior to Doing the alignment just so the situation won’t happen right here and to top that while I was waiting there was employees arguing at the front desk about who What’s going to help the customer in front of them? I felt very bad for the customer.
