Jake was incredibly helpful and took me back into the workshop where my car was being worked on to inform me about its condition. I learned a lot! Everyone is incredibly courteous and service plus rates reflect excellence. I’ve already brought one of my parents’ cars. This is my new go-to mechanic shop; highly recommend!

1 /5 Ahsanur Rab: Worst experience back to back. First time went for replacing brakes, they did a horrible job, the car shakes everytime brakes used above 50 miles pr hr. They didnt bother to fix it after several request. Yesterday I went for water pump replacement service. They quoted double the price compared to other places. Upon requesting to return the car and not do the service with them, they hold my car and asked to pay $200 for diagnosis fee. I even showed them the price quotation from other workshops but they were not willing to match. Also both their managers and service managers behavior was very rude and ignorant. I paid the $200, towed my car to another place. Never again going back to them.
