Mario M It would be a shame for anyone to receive help and not acknowledge. Dom, as stated in other reviews, is just a wonderful human being. My vehicle was leaking engine coolant as we arrived to Kerrville with our RV and Dom saved our hineys. Changed out my water pump and was very reassuring and provided amazing communication through out. I have no doubt he is this kind of person with everyone. I send a million thanks.

Joanna Simpson I’ve had several experiences with Good Ol Days and they’ve always been professional and timely! Great honest guys! Tommy, Brandon and Bart have all helped me on multiple occasions and they are always friendly and fully explain whatever is going on with the vehicle and give a fair price. Brandon has even run codes on my car DURING his lunch break to make sure I was safe to drive to San Antonio for an appointment. Really appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

SytesSteal UrData Randals helped me Tremendously when I was on a cross-country trip before Easter, in a Blue 92 Jeep XJ I had just bought. They made the whole thing a breeze! At 4 p.m., it started making a noise so I pulled into Randals Automotive. Nick Randal looked at it immediately but couldnt find the source and had commitments for end of that day. I asked if I brought it in the next morning could they work on it. He said yes. Next morning, first thing, David Randal rode with me to listen to it, they put it on a lift, and found the problem. It was a Major failure. The parts were going to take time to get but I had to get home to Georgia. I arranged with a car transport company to haul it to Georgia. Randals co-ordinated with me and the transport company to keep it until the transport man would pick it up, then they gave me a ride to my hotel. They werent going to charge me anything, but where I come from, I always get charged for diagnostics and storage so I gave them payment. After I was long gone, my Jeep was picked up, no hiccups whatsoever. Thanks, Randals! Kate Stamper

Bev Schmaltz We have lived here just over a year and the first time we tried Randals it was because it was close to our house. It turned out to be a great place to get our car repaired. Always on the job that day or the next and have the work done in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. Very friendly.

Cody Scott _ Absolutely the best shop Ive ever been to. The mechanics were incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. I have never been to a car shop and had people who really cared about doing good work, patiently explaining everything, and hiving fair quotes. They also worked around our busy one-car-family schedule. I was blown away. I have no words to describe these guys. They are great.

Donne Geck Awesome place, work and attention to detail. Needed a whole brake overhaul. One place in town quoted 10,000…yes, 10,000. These guys were 3500. Done quickly, called with questions. mesut copur This place is amazing! I was driving from Odessa to Houston when my service engine light started flashing. They were friendly, honest, and very helpful. as soon as I arrived they took care of me, they told me exactly what was going on with my car and how much could damage the engine. They will not try to take your money just to make the day, they will help you out! I highly recommend this place, I couldnt be more pleased.

Doug Matney Great service from everyone here. Took my car in for transmission issues and they went the extra mile to contact a dealer and find that the issue should be covered under warranty. 10/10 will be back with any other vehicle issues in the future.

Joshua Rather They have my car with a blown engine and the bank is taking it back. My drivers license is in the car and they will not let me get it until the bank pays the bill. I also have photos from when I was a child and three auto titles. So, I dont know when the bank is taking it so no license, proof of insurance or the 45 yr old pictures I received the day the car died. I will never go there again.

Thai Erekson Royal had done an amazing job. After my vehicle power problems in a previous town on my way to San Antonio, the Mechanic in that town had informed me the issue and "fixed" it, unfortunately he didnt double check nor test my vehicle to make sure that the problem had been resolved. When i left the town I started to suffer from more power issues that left me stranded for 4 1/2 hours in the dark, in the cold before a good friend was able to drive 2 hours to get me out of that situation. Now stuck in San Antonio and my car on the side of the freeway, I had contacted Royals establishment informing them of the situation. They gave me the information on a tow company that was able to get my vehicle and bring it to there shop at a very affordable price. Royal explained what had happened in great detail, proving to me that he knows his stuff. He was able to quickly find that my Alternator(which was brand new, literally bought it the previous day from the last Mechanic) had gone out due to improper bolts used on the claps for my battery causing a poor connection that overworked the Alternator blowing it out. Not only that but it was the wrong battery for my type of vehicle, which the previous Mechanic not only put on the wrong bolts but also the wrong battery. Which in turn is the reason of all my problems, even hinted that the problem might have never been my Alternator to begin with, unfortunately we will never know at this point. The fact i was able to get home safely with no other issues all the way to New Mexico is proof of his work. If I could give a higher review i would. Thank you Royal for all the work and getting me home. The last Mechanic had destroyed my trust, but you good Sir had restored it.

Albert Vasquez I had a great experience at Royals automotive yesterday. Everyone was helpful. Dropped off the vehicle in the morning, muffler was repaired and ready by the afternoon. Good prices and quality work! Ill be bringing our other vehicles in the future. Thank yall!

Carol I have been a customer of Kerrville Lube Center for many years and have been relatively satisfied with the service and prices. Today, May 30, 2025, I came in for an oil change on my 2013 Ford F150. I was charged for a Full Service, which besides the oil change, had a “Checklist” that indicated several services were checked but were not. Wiper Blades - checked (was not) Coolant Fluid - checked (was not) Air Filter - checked but I specifically had to ask Front/Rear Tires - checked (were not) Fuel Injection - checked (was not) When I asked the attendant, Jonathan, about all the services that indicated “checked” on my invoice, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t know.” I’d say $105.55 is a steep price for a simple oil change. Very disappointed .

Eugene ragu They charged me for a full service. They put air in one tire and thats all they did. Besides the oil change. Charged me 44 dollars for that 2 pounds of air in tire. I will never go there again. Stay clear of these pirates!

John Luff I took my Class A gas Motorhome into LeMeilleur’s because of a Check engine light and the Chassis air conditioner stopped working. Turned out to be an ignition coil issue that created additional codes and caused the computer to shut down the AC. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Chris was very good at calling and keeping me informed on the status and issues that were found. I felt they were very honest and did quality work. I would not hesitate taking our Coach there in the future and will recommend them to others.

Ben Gardner Took my jet ski trailer there to have a few things done. Everyone else in the area wouldn’t touch it when they heard the Jet ski. Kevin took great care of me, helped me get a new hand crank, wiring, and tires and a few other small things to get the trailer up to perfect condition. Kevin was a great communicator, calling me with updates instead of me having to call him and followed through on everything we talked about. Big thanks to Kevin and the team at LeMeilleur’s!

He is very thorough in his work as well as upfront and fair in his service fee. He recently fixed my Jeep and from start to finish he made it easy. I highly recommend him.

D R Had a radiator changed on an older van. Nacho was my mechanic and did an excellent job helping me order and provide the parts to save money . He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. I would recommend the shop and nacho for anyone needing help with vehicle radiator issues.
