B B So happy to have seen Speeds sign since my tire pressure light came on about 7 miles outside Clarendon. They quickly diagnosed the problem and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly, fast, reasonable and helpful. So nice to know guys like Kelly and Rowdy are around - they seem to truly enjoy helping people. Highly recommend!

Kenneth Zuver We were on a 15 hour road trip to see the Eclipse and our check engine light came on. I searched for an auto parts store and this location appeared close on the map. We arrived about an hour before opening and had to wait in the parking lot. When they opened there were two men inside who were very uninviting and it seemed like my presence was disruptive to their morning. I asked if they could read my light when they got the chance and one man said he would do it for $25. I have never been charged for such a service and I believe he thought I was desperate and wanted to take advantage of me. I told him thank you but I will look further down the road and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and whoever worked the opening shift of August 19, should be fired for trying to pocket money from me for a free service. I went literally next door to a mechanic shop which also has an auto parts store and asked to get my code read and not only did he do it for free, he offered me advice on how to resolve the issue for free which worked. IF YOU ARE A LONG DISTANCE TRAVELER DO NOT STOP HERE YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Maddie Agee On an 18 hour road trip and discovered a nail in our tire (3rd of the week) back in Amarillo, read the reviews and decided to try Floyd’s. Great decision! Incredibly friendly and got right to fixing it and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. If you have bad fortune like us, would absolutely recommend them.

Today I took it in to Floyds, and the repair was very reasonably priced. Definitely not what I was expecting from the damage Id caused. Nate was very knowledgeable, and Steven was extremely helpful.

Craig Wood My daughter is at college in Clarendon, 5 hours from where we live, and two weeks ago her car had a crank and no start issue. Being so far away, I called Floyd’s, since they’re the only game in town and had them tow the car to diagnose it. After having the car a day, they told me that the timing belt broke and the engine was bad. I got a trailer and drove 5 hours to get the car. On a OHC engine, you can see the camshaft through the oil fill cap. I removed the cap and cranked the car only to find the cam spinning, which means the timing belt isn’t broken. This is something even the most basic mechanic should be able to figure out. It turns out that the car had an issue with ethanol gas and was simply flooded. I held the gas pedal to the floor which puts it in clear flood mode, and the car started in about 10 seconds and has been running fine since. These leaves two options. The “tech” at Floyd’s is either extremely incompetent, or they’re extremely dishonest. Way to help a 20 year old girl in college out.

larry reed This a family owned and runner business. I would recommend them. I took my truck to freightliner and after 8 days and thousands of dollars later I still had an issue. The owners boys are awesome and amazing. They helped me with having power to my truck over night and got me fixed really fast. I would recommend them to any truck driver out there.

Karen Kennemur The owners of Panhandle Road and Field Services came to our rescue in the middle of the night when we were stranded on the side of the highway—in a F250 truck pulling a 5th wheel. Darrell and his brother towed us to their business, allowed us to stay on their property while hooking up our RV to their electricity, and repaired our tire the next morning. The brothers and their employees were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They were our angels coming to our rescue in the middle of the night! By the way, we found out the next morning another trucker had spent the night on their property for the same reasons—stranded in the middle of the night needing help. Thankfully there are still good people in the world! Thanks Panhandle Road and Field!

He boosted, powered, computered, cleared, and reset all the beeps, bells and whistles. Back on the road!!!
