Zoey Brooks The AC in our car went out on a day of 82 degrees feels like 109!! We were referred by G&C to Kayser’s due to our refrigerant being unusual. We drive in about 1:30 and before closing they had looked at it and called with a quote. He advised me that without further complications we should be good by 3 pm the next day ( Saturday). He called almost exactly at 3 to say it was ready to go! We were from out of town and they could not have been more kind and professional. They basically saved our remaining vacation!! I highly recommend!!!!

ben swadley My truck kept loosing all its coolant and I couldn’t find the leak. We were in Galveston on vacation. Kaiser’s called the tow truck and fixed it on Memorial Day. I thought their price was reasonable considering where we were. They know what they are doing and are friendly and courteous. The truck made it home (500 miles) with no issues.

Rohit Agarwal Got my wiper motor fixed. The motor works now but first they put left arm on right. They fixed that but now the wipers rest halfway. Moreover they tell me this is normal resting position!

Adrian Diaz George the owner is a cheapskate that wants people to pay for just bringing their cars to the mechanics. 110 dollars just for parking. And its Everytime you bring the care in. The mechanics there are terrible, both of them. Gave money for parts to be ordered and they were never ordered. Brought my car in for one problem and it left with another problem. Wanting me to pay for both repairs. Do not visit this place ever.

Ray Perry On July 17 I took our 2023 Hyundai Venue in for a front end alignment after I struck an object on 45 south returning to Galveston. The SERVICE TECH noticed that the camber link had been damaged as well, he also checked to make sure the passenger side strut wasnt damaged. Luckily it was fine. He did the front end alignment and change the camber link in a very timely and professional manner. I only wish I had been going there years ago. Everyone there were extremely kind, friendly and professional. Steves Warehouse Tires will definitely be our go to place from now on.

Hector Cortez This is one of those shops were you come in for a simple alignment, but now your entire suspension and steering system needs to be replaced. Dont matter what condition your new vehicle is in, its busted according to the mechanic.

Susan My car broke down while I was driving. Goggled and found J & C Auto was close by. My car limped to the shop. Juan and his father assisted me immediately. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Juan had my car fixed by 2pm the next day. So glad that I found this business. This is by far the best overall automotive repair situation i have ever had.

Ty G Phenomenal experience here. Very quick turn around, fair rates, no upselling or any of that BS a lot of shops do. The owner kept me well informed of the diagnosis and repair options/ costs. Even sent me detailed photos to confirm diagnosis. Would recommend to everyone!!

Travis Wheat I had some engine issues yesterday and he didn’t even hesitate to check out what the problem was. I was told what was wrong and sent on my way without a cent being paid. This guy is what customer service is all about. 100% recommendations

chandler eaddy Wow this guy does great work and very honest. We took our H2 Hummer and he checked it out, only said an oil change and wipers was the only thing needed, great repair guy!! He also told us what he can and cant do, wanted the sunroof fixed and said that is not his specialty.

Kaelan Bartlett We got a big oil leak on a trip down from New York. Tony hooked us up, gave us an honest estimate and stayed hours late for an entire timing chain in a day to make sure we could leave on schedule. Even better, he picked us up after it was finished so we didnt have to walk an hour in the heat. Tony is an absolute saint and while I hope I never get stranded in Texas again I know who I will be calling.

Julie Merritt Wow, is all I can say now! Tony and his crew worked so hard on my 1979 GMC Caballero (see photos I posted). He is the only one who could have restored this beauty to its original working condition. It was in a sad state, but he never gave up on her. I am so happy with him and the others who worked on this project with me!

Jujubean2468 Charged me $1000, after an accident damaged steering. Delivered car to me and car is stilling making loud and obvious noises whenever wheet is turned at all!! How they could think this was fixed is beyond me.

Thomas Miglis Called from out of town for my wife who was traveling to Galveston for a conference. They promptly identified and repaired a loose heat shield and didnt even charge her so she bought an oil change just to express her gratitude. Im SO happy Toyota Service in Galveston did right by my very special VIP.
