Jill Chao I had to get my vehicle emissions inspection done to renew my registration. Jeff at the front desk and Vic (technician) helped me today and service was super fast and friendly! Like in and out in less than 10 minutes. The emissions inspection was $18.50

Leslie Cunningham I recently had a horrible service experience bat this location. Made an appointment 3 days in advance to buy tires came in to store on my appt morning the person that assisted me said it would be approx 1 hour and 30 min so I left and returned to the location. Walk-in the person that initially waited on me ignored me. Then another service tech ask how he could help. I told him I was there to pick up my SUV that got new tires. He looked at me and promised my vehicle will next up for service. They had not even started on my car. So much for having a service appointment. I told him I could not wait and to give me my keys. Never felt so unvalued as a customer. This location should not over book appointments. I didn’t stick around to hear all his excuses. This location is not the same as it used to be to be.

Ashley Nolan I brought my car to Firestone (this location) on May 3 for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment as part of my lifetime alignment package. I was told the alignment was done and received the report. But the car never felt quite right afterward—the tire pressure light remained on, and the ride didn’t feel as smooth as it should’ve. Fast forward to June: I take my car to Christian Brothers for an oil change and they tell me it still needs an alignment. They provide their alignment report—proving that multiple angles were still out of spec, including serious toe misalignment. That was just a few weeks after Firestone supposedly fixed everything. Oh, and I noticed my rear driver-side air cap was missing after Firestone. Small, but sloppy. I paid for a service Firestone clearly isn’t taking seriously. Christian Brothers corrected what Firestone didn’t—now the car rides smooth, the alignment is precise, and the pressure light is off. Lifetime alignment or not, I deserve honesty and quality. I won’t be returning to Firestone.

Jason Haney I had an amazing experience with Solutions Automotive in Frisco. After having my A/C serviced and the compressor replaced by a large chain mechanic last summer, it never cooled the same—and to make matters worse, they wouldn’t honor their warranty. I found Solutions Automotive online, read their great reviews, and decided to give them a shot. I’m so glad I did. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Within 24 hours, they had correctly diagnosed and repaired my A/C, and now it works better than it has in a long time. I’ll definitely be using them for any future automotive repairs and will be recommending them to family and friends. Francesca Extremely honest and very thorough. Ive never met a professional mechanic who I trust more. If you have any questions he will be very transparent. Unlike the big shops, he wont "guess and check" just for the sake of running up your ticket.

Kimberly Perez I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Nae E I was referred to Rafael by someone on Facebook. I contacted him about a quote, sending pictures and describing what all was going on with my vehicle after being hit by someone. This included exterior damage, a missing bumper reflector, and my vehicle intermittently not starting. We arranged a tow from my home and my vehicle was picked up on 2/25. On 3/2 he provided me an update about parts he was waiting on & some unrelated issues he found. I asked about the cause of the starting issue, he said hed check. On 3/5 I asked again for an update on the starting issue. Asked again on the 7th, provided more explanation on the matter and he said hed dig deeper and let me know. He touched base again on the 9th informing me my parts had arrived, and that hed check the starting issue. 3/11 I replied saying sounds good. Never heard back about it. 3/13, I decided I wanted to pick my car up and take it elsewhere for the starting issue and any other issues, since there was a lack of communication in addition to such a prolonged repair as it was already. Picked my vehicle up 3/15. Bumper reflector had not been replaced. But my front door seemingly had been, because my key does not fit anymore. Either the original lock should have been removed and installed in the new door, or I should have been provided a key for the new door. This was never mentioned to me, or thought of apparently. The stars I did give are for Rafael and his team. They are great. And the quality of what WAS repaired was great. But these small details are important when paying for a service. Car Place of Frisco had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks.

Ashleigh Spell Communication was frequent and detailed. Andy made sure to bring up any and all possible future costs of my repair prior to starting. He was so kind on top of that and made sure my car returned to me in as close to as original as possible (and better)! Proud of his work and it shows, he has good reason to be. Repairs were fast and well done!

Luis Molina Appointment for 10am got here at 10:51am , said they had to bring it to a shop to refill freon . Appointment for that 3pm here at 3:38pm . The price I was told for the quote was wrong went from $317.98 to 500+ now I have money held up and hours wasted when I used this service so I can fulfill other appointments during my day which had to be pushed back due to all this. Wouldn’t recommend all that time and money wasted and I still need to get my issue fixed.

Howard Butts I was skeptical about using a mobile mechanic, but they exceeded expectations. Friendly, fast, and affordable. Great experience overall.

Kevin Y Would not recommend going here for installing aftermarket parts. Sent in my 335xi to get lowering springs installed, and they just left my sway bars detached. They didn’t even let me know when I picked up the car, what a joke.

Fremont Mission Home Dont get lured by ratings, avoid if you have an option. Do your research, call the dealer and compare rates. They exploit your trust. At the end of the day, they are just a business. They dont have a concept of customer retention or gaining customer trust. Its going to hurt their business in a long run. I would avoid this, there are multiple options in Frisco.

Katie Madigan Set a noon appointment for an oil change on a Sunday, brought it in and they asked if they could keep it for the afternoon and do it when they have time. I said fine, and I would call a ride. But what’s the purpose of setting an appointment then?? Gave them a call at 4:50 since they closed at 5, asking if it was done since we never heard from them, and they said they still hadn’t pulled it in the garage yet, but we’re just about to and should take around half an hour. I went ahead and got a ride back up there, arriving just before 5:30, car still hadn’t been pulled in the garage…. It was finally taken in just before 6, and rushed through because it was well past closing and I’m sure they were all ready to go home. After leaving, I discovered my fluids had not been topped off, and everything under the car wasn’t even put back together correctly! So I had to take it BACK in, wait several hours again, and they still didn’t top off all the fluids. Only the washer fluid. If you’re going to quote me $192 for an flipping oil change, you better do EVERYTHING you advertise you’re going to do, from the check over of the vehicle to the topping off of fluids. I guess the Firestone quote “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business” is up on the wall there just because it looks good.

Blaze Anderson I’ve never been to a mechanic shop with nicer more helpful employees. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or hustle me. They went above and beyond to ensure I understood what the issue with my car was, had parts shipped over same day and even worked with me on price. Big shout outs to Wesley, Bryce and David. These guys will take good care of you. You can believe I won’t be going anywhere else.

Decaveon PERRY Recently fixed my hellcat challenger. He was very responsive he text and call keeps you updated he’s very quick and does good work and has very reasonable prices also goes out his way to fix every little detail. Bobby Martin When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. I brought in my BMW M5 Comp (which is my baby) for an oil change. Saved $100s from the dealers quote, and that included using the best sythentic oil on the market for high performance cars. Daniel Sudduth I have a 2022 Dodge Charger that must’ve had the front end assembled on a Friday, if you know what I mean. Had some failing parts and took it to Automotive ER as I’d heard great things. From the start, everyone was super nice and listened to the issues I described. I dropped the car off and they got to work. Kathy and Kim are SUPER COMMUNICATIVE! As soon as they had an idea of what was going on and how much repairs were gonna be, I got a clearly laid out text with the issues and repair costs. Approved, and they got to work. Done just over a day earlier than they said. Great repair work, it drives like it should have from the start, and the cost was in line with what I anticipated. No BS, just car people. Coco Ledesma After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.
