I dropped the car off and they got to work. Kathy and Kim are SUPER COMMUNICATIVE! As soon as they had an idea of what was going on and how much repairs were gonna be, I got a clearly laid out text with the issues and repair costs. Approved, and they got to work. Done just over a day earlier than they said. Great repair work, it drives like it should have from the start, and the cost was in line with what I anticipated. No BS, just car people. Go if you need repair or body work!

Spencer Langley: Rare to find a shop this good, honest and flexible. They quoted me for a suspension job using my own parts based on book time of 3.5 hours. It took them less time and they charged me for the actual time. Yes, they charged me less $$ than the original quote. I realize this could go the other way and they may have charged more if presented with a difficult circumstance. Fortunately, the risk of going longer is mitigated when the service provider employs experienced professionals who take pride in their work and have the right tools. This is what you get at LD Automotive. Ive already referred others here.

Thomas Greene: This is probably the absolute worst oil change Ive ever had. I got my oil changed and they asked if I wanted a new engine air filter or cabin air filter and I declined both. I left here and tried driving to Fort Worth. My truck was shifting funny and had next to no acceleration. It was struggling on the freeway, so I pulled over to a gas station to try to figure out what was going on. These idiots put my air filter in upside down so my engine couldnt breathe. This caused a crack in the plastic tubing going to my engine. I got back on the road and it drove much better. I kept hearing a rattle and have been trying to find it. Turns out they never put the plastic door to my cabin air filter back on. It was just laying there and eventually fell down out of the dash onto the floor. These are the laziest and dumbest oil change techs Ive ever encountered. I wont ever be taking any of my vehicles back here again.
