They took my truck out for a test drive to find the source of the noise. They found the noise and it was a minor fix, versus major repair I was quoted at the 1st shop. Brett Smith Had good work done there in the past at a good price on a Toyota, but recently had a terrible experience getting brake pads and front rotors replaced on my Subaru. Right out of the shop, brakes made a grinding noise and vibrated the pedal. Took it back and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and that the sound was normal for new pads. Gave it a few weeks till sound got worse and noticed that the wear on my new rotors was already bad. Took it to the dealership to have them look and had to have all brake pads and both front rotors replaced again. Service guy at dealership blamed the issue on the brake pads put in. Disappointed in the quality of brake pads used by Valtech and frustrated with how much extra the whole ordeal cost me.

Joel Berumen Dont use this guy! Replaced a wheel seal a 10 days ago with a 30 day warranty. Wheel seal started leaking like crazy on second load. Never did answer my call or texts back. Come to find out wheel hub was no even torqued right. He doesnt stand behind his work or word ..

Dena Roberts If I could put 0 stars I would. This is the worst place ever. Took my car in to get front bumper painted was charged 800.00 over the estimate cost because they had to order a part in which they never called me nor my husband to verify if it was ok. When asked they said they did call then they said they told my step son. Anyway took my car home and not even a month later plastic pieces fell off the bumber (piece they was supposed to order tht charged an extra 800) to my headlight falling out. They do not take accountability and deny and lie. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SORRY PLACE.

James Ruben Got a "level 3" detail which is supposed to be the best but ended doing about the same quality of work as my teenager. To be fair I did take a very dirty truck but I would have rather paid more and got a good quality detail than only half the truck clean. I did not attempt to speak to anyone about this mainly because if they cared it would have left the shop like this. More attention is needed from management.

Mandy Bradshaw This is the sorriest excuse for a mechanic shop Ive ever seen in my entire life. Theyve had my fathers pickup up there for over four months, gave him an estimate of the cost for the repairs which were all paid in full, and then didnt honor their commitment. We ended up paying over $2,000 over the estimated price. They had turn over in their shop, which was their excuse for not honoring the estimate. They undid previous work that we had had done on the pickup, so now not only does it not look the way we paid for it to, it also wont run like it should. Dont go here for your service needs, its a disgrace. Anybody know a good lawyer for the civil suit were going to file against them?

Jasmine Thomas Got a blowout on a uhaul auto transport trailer in Hereford at 11pm and Lee’s Automotive was the service provider who responded. While the uhaul emergency customer service was trash, Lee’s made up for it by arriving earlier than the estimated ETA and performing quick + thorough service. He even checked the other tires and our tie-down setup since we had to do it ourselves due to our Jeep’s tires being oversized. Worth the wait and highly recommend!

Texas Me The sky was really nice. He did my brakes. He was honest about the price. And did a good job. He also has cars here for sale. If anyones interested, Im not sure about prices, but he has cars and seems to be a very good mechanic. But in business for a long time. Thats what I liked about this place. Because we are new in town and dont have a mechanic. So Ive been trying a couple of places including this place and Im happy with the service that I received and customer service which isnt really customary in the auto-repair business. L, o, l, but customer service was good and he answered my questions. He also takes credit cards for a $3 charge. I believe if you only have a major credit card to pay, so thats nice. I only needed the same day or 1 day appointment to get in, so its not super busy. Definitely call ahead, though. He has about 15 cars and trucks out there for sale.I dont know prices on any of them but they seem decent and he says theres nothing wrong with any of the cars that he has out there.So thats good.

Sarah Our teenage son was driving from Cimarron, NM to Beaumont, TX after a summer job, and broke down in Plainview at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Johnny Cash Towing highly recommended Mackies and were so grateful he did. Johnnys dropped the truck at the shop Sunday night, then first thing Monday morning, Mackie sent someone to his motel to grab the keys, and they got right to work. His motel was not close to the shop, so later that day they also gave him a ride to the shop when he had to check out of his motel. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone expected, but they worked late for 2 days to get it finished, going above and beyond, knowing he was stranded with no transportation. Outstanding customer service!!
