Diamond Gibson Did well on repairing back end of my car from a wreck BUT towing did lots of damage to my front bumper (costing over 1k to fix) from towing and said “insurance wont fix it” because the pictures arent “good enough” to see when you can see very well damage was done. Personally wouldnt use this company again.

Justin Hamilton Was recommended to this shop cause supposedly they were ‘’HONEST’’ and it turned out to be nothing but lies. They diagnosed my pick up and gave me a diagnostic on it stating I needed all these parts installed because they ‘’checked them’’ and they checked out bad. All the parts they mentioned were less than a month new and I knew this and told them, the man upfront with the funny eyes told me that he doesn’t know but the mechanic said they need to be changed and couldn’t explain why. They preceded to give me my bill and I payed and quoted me for repairs. Since they didn’t have knowledge of why new parts were supposedly bad I took it elsewhere and the guy connected his scan tool, opened the hood, and showed me two unplugged connectors, he connected them back and cleared my light and my pick up has all its power back. I can’t imagine how many other people have been getting robbed by their fake diagnostics. That is not a way to make money. Don’t get robbed by these guys people they had my truck a couple days so there is no excuse why they gave a fake diagnostic.

Chasity Tatum Speedy service! The owner called me back the same day, to confirm the order. They came out the next day to install. He was extremely nice and communicated throughout the whole process. The installers were quick. I would definitely recommend the services!!!!

Whitney McKinley I was heading to town towards the end of 2023. I had a vulture hit my windshield and send glass shards everywhere. I was startled to say the least. Hector was able to come pick up my car, get my windshield replaced and took the time to clean up the glass before my kids got out of school. It was definitely appreciated as he went above and beyond!

Tiffany Marfell Can do a simple job but doesn’t talk to custom before starting job. Will argue with customer on what they are asking for. And found a dead mouse in the office on the ground.

Allana Ragnes These guys were great! Passing through before a storm hits, I pulled up with my toddler hoping to get in and out quickly so we could get back on the road. We were in and out in under 15 minutes and the pricing was fair! Thank yall so much!

Jenny Segura Tamara was so helpful and took her time to find our van the tire it needed even after it looked like they didn’t have one in stock. She also found a cheaper one that we could afford. As a single parent of 6 kids I appreciate people like her that understand and are helpful

de Di Service is very slow and unorganized. Service writer and manager are nice, but dont follow up, as they say they will. Techs seem to lack knowledge. Would suggest another dealership for service.

Whitt Behr My wife and I were traveling to Houston on a Friday night from out of state. As we were exiting the highway to refuel, the power steering went out and the car shut off. We were trying to make it to Houston in time for my wifes grandfathers 95th birthday so it was a special occasion. We had no idea who would be open this late and on a Friday. Our Garmin suggested we call this place and we have absolutely no complaints with our service. Not only did they fix up the car quickly but they did not price gouge us or make us pay for anything we did not need. The owner went out of his way to find the part the car needed and even went to another town to pick it up at no extra charge. The in-laws picked us up on Saturday morning so we did not have to spend the weekend there and make it in town for the party in time. Fairfield Transmissions let us leave the car over night and pick it up on Sunday morning on our way back home with no absurd extra charges. I would most definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants a fair and quick fix. The customer service was fantastic and everything was done in a timely manor.
