5 /5 John Broome: Auto Reels provided awesome customer service from start to finish with both of our hail damaged vehicles. Ginny and Jeff were very accommodating, professional and genuinely eager to offer complete customer care. One call is all we made for both vehicles and Ginny took care of the rest. She dealt with the insurance and rental car companies, met us up at the rental car office and had both of our vehicles back earlier than estimated. They even had to order replacement trim parts and kept us up to date with job status throughout. Thank you Auto Reels!!!

Once my insurance paid them, it only took 4 days to get it finished. I could not be more happy with the results. It looked like a new truck again. 1 /5 Wayne: A tragic experience, a feeling as though my car was held hostage for a month due to insurance payments, yet they still refused to own up to their own self-involvement. P.S. Theres a protocol for insurance to re-issue checks when others besides the policy owner call to check on such payments as they have recently been mailed, thankfully every phone call is recorded ;)
