2 /5 Shuntala Cuthbert: We came in a review from a friend but were thoroughly disappointed. We dined in, but had to eat with plastic silverware. We ordered the fried green tomatoes. They had no flavor, soft and were actually red tomatoes. I ordered the #31 which had fried fish, shrimp and crab cakes with red beans and rice and hush puppies. The red beans and rice were Felicia. Everything else was not great. The fish was hard with no seasoning and crab cakes were over cooked on the outside. My husband ordered a chicken Philly cheese steak. It was made with cubed pieces of chicken. He did not like the flavor either. Atmosphere was great and our waitress was attentive.

2 /5 La Shunda Neal: So I entered the restaurant notice two ladies and theyre both speaking to one another. I stood there for a good 5 minutes. No acknowledgment. When I entered the restaurant can hear the conversation of the young lady. Not happy about working there. She finally walks over to me. Continue to go to the back conversating with staff if you dont want to work. Stay home. Do not appreciate the customer service. The food. Whats good as usual. Do better

5 /5 Bridget Shoe: Georgia is the best waitress. 4 of us visited today. I loved the grilled fish and shrimp. Everyone else had breaded fish and told me it was good.

5 /5 Natalia Diaz-Payton: We stopped at Sams Southern Eatery as we were passing through town. We are so glad we did! This place is a 10/10! The sweet tea was freshly brewed and perfectly sweet. We ordered the fried catfish, fried oysters and fried green tomatoes. Each one was the best that Ive had in any of those categories. Flavored and fried to complete perfection. The catfish was light and fluffy and crispy on the outside. The red beans and rice were also spectacular. Even though they were a side, they have main dish energy! The price point is absolutely fair. This place is a jewel. I highly recommend!!

4 /5 Jennifer King: It was fast. Not busy today and food was freshly cooked! Breading on the dropped was light, not like other places wheres its breaded 3-4 times. Double meat burger was huge. Definitely go back again.
