2 /5 Audrey Kehrly: Fried food came out at 745, then waited till 811 for half of our boils to come out, then waited till 823 for the last one to come out. We all ordered at the same time and the only two other tables in the restaurant that came in after us all got their food before us. When we asked the waitress, Sara, while waiting on the last plate what was going on, she said smth was happening with the kitchen, then when asked about others food coming out before she said those people only had shrimp, and the plate that hadn’t come out to our table was…shrimp. It was just a very frustrating experience. We ended up getting a 10% discount but honestly like multiple peoples food was cold waiting over 30 minutes to eat together. We also had missing items and overcooked scallops. I understand a busy kitchen but that was actually crazy and i do not think we were properly compensated and the situation was not handled properly by any staff. We never saw a manager and it was just very frustrating when we were also 1 of three tables in the whole restaurant. My families have been here multiple times and we have never had such bad service, there is always a pretty long wait time, but this was something else.
