Jim Ruth Dr. Bosquez has been helping both my wife and I with knee issues. Its always a pleasure to see him, and I know for certain that the treatments hes been giving us has effectively stopped the deterioration. Thank you Dr. Bosquez.

Grecia Tristan Dr. Bosquez and his whole office staff were awesome, we went in for a 2nd opinion for an elbow injury and we’re so happy we chose him. Dr. Bosquez knew right away what was wrong with my son and guided us to recovery. We’re truly Blessed and grateful to be under his excellent care after being misguided.

B Man The provider was quick but thorough. My shoulder was on fire, I couldn’t even lift it and hadn’t slept in three days. I had hoped she’d be able to give an injection and she did. Less than a day later and I actually was able to sleep and my shoulder is not as tight, and I can actually lift it without searing pain.

Ebony Dailey Wanting for an appointment for my back. The team there was great! There was a bit of a wait to be seen but they were courteous throughout the entirety of the visit. The front desk was warm and very friendly. The Xray tech was very patient and helped very well with my positioning for the scans. The practitioner that saw me had a great attitude. The billing and scheduling with Deja was very quick and she was able to find times that worked for my schedule. It was just an overall great experience!

Waad Alsaad Dr. Mayada Ali is one of the best doctors I have met. She takes great care of her patients, gives them enough time, understands all the details of their illness, and then gives them treatment. She is humane in her profession, and this is the first thing that every doctor should have. However, some doctors I have met are senior specialists and have no sense of responsibility towards their patients, nor an ounce of humanity. They do not give the patient his rights, who pays them large sums of money in addition to paying health insurance. I wish her all the best and success in her professional life. If she is good with her patients today, I hope she will be excellent with them tomorrow so that she can receive our support.

Cathy Hanrahan Worst Dr. Office staff Ive ever experienced. The lady on the phone seems like she doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing. In order for me to set my kids up as a patient, I had to text her their information. I overlooked it thinking maybe that was normal but I was wrong. Then the staff didnt seem like they even know how to work with kids and I had to give them directions on what to when checking height, etc. Now they are saying I owe them $400 for 2 wellness checks with insurance. Its been such a headache going back and forth with them and my insurance company. And the lady who Ive been in contact with at Bluebonnet keeps changing her story about why the insurance company isnt taking the claim while my insurance companys story stays straight. Ive been trying to call Bluebonnet Bonnet Primary but no one answers or calls me back. I dont like leaving a bad review but this is just unacceptable.

Jeff Popnoe Dr. Shimkus is great. He is very attentive and never seems to be in a rush to get finished. He always seems to have a new idea about better care and keeping track of my progress. I have had many specialists over the years and I rate him at the top of that list.

Dianne Roman My mother has been a patient of Dr. Shimkus for 7 yrs now. He is knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I trust him 100%! Dr. Shimkus genuinely cares and gives us his full attention and time. We never feel rushed when sharing our concerns or issues with him. When recommending medication or treatment, I appreciate that he explains options and what to expect clearly. Dr. Shimkus has also been very helpful in recommending a number of amazing specialists to address my mothers other ailments. Our experience with him has been outstanding and I would recommend Dr. Shimkus to my friends and family in a heart beat.

Michael Tipton This was my second visit with Sean. The fact that I can call him Sean says a lot about how comfortable he already makes me feel. Being able to have a real conversation with someone you are entrusting with your health is important. Sean is great at putting you at ease.

Karan Murray Dr. Bruce is so patient with questions. He doesn’t make feel like you are on a time clock. He was very easy to talk to from beginning to end, and it worked. I can actually laugh, sneeze and anything else and not need to take a shower! It’s liberating! He also has a very professional demeanor with a great sense of humor!! Highly recommend

George Hearne Dr. Joseph Szczytowski is my cardiologist and he is exceptional. My last appointment was February 19th and as always, Dr. Joe was kind, considerate and thorough in prescribing the best care for me. I have been a patient at Austin Heart Round Rock since 2011. I give them my highest rating and my sincere thanks.

Ben Calvo I’m very disappointed with Dr Paul Pagley and his staff. I’ve called several times and tried to get information on my sleep study and C-Pep but the ladies that answer the phone just put me on hold and never answer.. Very poor service.

kryptonian 1987 She is nice but not smart but her staff is horrible . They do not follow through with what they offer to do . I had to let her go as my doctor. Again check how all the reviews same the same thing. Her staff are the ones leaving the reviews .

Nora Dinsmore The nurses and staff are wonderful. They hear you out, very professional and courteous. Place is clean, appt are easy to schedule and you dont wait long on the lobby to be seen with an appt. Dr. Ally is great, shes very caring and is patient to understand patients needs. My mom has been happy with the medical care.

Sharon Kane Dr. Jaffer is very skilled. She very thoroughly assessed my situation with detailed probing questions. With a brief exam, she expertly diagnosed my condition. Now hours later, I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Jaffer!

Kendyl Flynn Dr. Jaffer and her nurse were amazing. Spend a great deal of time with us and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. I felt that Dr. Jaffer really listens and cares about your concerns.

Amanda Price Dr. Jay has been my PCP for several years now. She is a wonderful doctor. Very caring, great bedside manner, listens to concerns and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Even though ARC is a large clinic I never feel like I am just a number. Dr. Jay makes you feel like she knows and remembers you and your conditions. She is very thorough and makes you feel like your health is important to her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Shannon Houston My first time seeing Dr. Jayachandran and I must say it was a pleasure. She was so kind before I left she told me she hope I feel better. No doctor has ever told me that. She took her time with me and it made me feel like she really loves her job.

Cathy Merris I’ve been seeing Dr. Rangarajan for several years now. I honestly consider her one of the most competent doctors I have seen. Doctors aren’t ones that you really want to go and see that as you progress in age and things change in your life. You hope that you will see someone competent and interested in you as a person . She also listens and is respectful of your feelings and your knowledge and talk things over with you before making decisions for your health. She remembers that it’s your health that she’s talking about.

Tamye McSpadden My son was having day surgery in the surgery center and my husband and I live in Kerrville. My son lives in Pflugerville and we woke up at 1:30 am in order to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick him up and have him at the surgery center by 5:00 am. I was waiting in the surgery waiting room and I was so tired. I put my elbow on the arm of a chair and rested my head on my hand. I shut my eyes but I did not go to sleep. Actually it’s kind of hard to fall asleep with your head on your hand. That seems like something most people would know. However I guess the “security guard” did not know this. This is what I loudly heard: “ma’am there’s no sleeping! There’s no sleeping ma’am!” I immediately opened my eyes and looked at him and said “oh I’m sorry” and he told me in a rude voice “no problem” and I felt so embarrassed because there were quite a few people in there. About 10 minutes later a couple walked by me and said “no sleeping ma’am…that was so rude! I can’t believe he told you that. I am extremely upset about this and if I could give a zero star review I would! The doctor and other medical personnel taking care of my son were extraordinarily good people. I can’t believe this man was even hired! Did HR not see his horrible attitude problem and arrogant behavior? I will think not twice but 3 times before going to the surgery center at St David’s hospital and I will tell anyone I ever meet who is planning a procedure there that they have , other than medical personnel, horrible people working there! This man—the “security guard” working in the surgery center waiting room on Friday November 29th at 7:00 am should be reprimanded and receive a warning because he is a horrible person that not only I noticed but another couple noticed as well.

Armoni Q Fields Excellent staff. Very good doctors. Very good care provider. Better than The hospital I was recently at. I will continue to choose them over The others. Scott Baylor and White are another very excellent Hospital. Both these hospitals take care very serious. I am from the Bay Area and people die going to the emergency room. I have never experienced such professional people..From Doctors to E-Ray to Lung Professionals, Janitors, and kitchen staff. Had Me fill out applications to work there. They never called me. I just wanted to a housekeeper or Janitor, .

Marcela NaBa Dr. Tran at Legends Medical Clinic is very knowledgeable! She had a lot a patience with me and my husband asking a lot of questions. The staff is also really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend it!

Wilcox Warren (REALTOR) The Wyoming springs is a multi-office medical facility with very clean and comfortable interior along with a pretty exterior. It is home to doctors and support services around the medical field . The building is very well maintained, well lit and easy to find. It is conveniently located next to the Round Rock hospital and other medical facilities. There is plenty of parking and very good access through side and front doors, it is all one story along with that. This is a very convenient place to house a lot of different doctors offices and specialists. Im very glad that this exists in our community as a resource for medical services also. Good job on being a convenient facility for a lot of medical providers!

Zach Johnson Plenty of parking and very clean building. Entrance and information was clearly stated inside and out of the building.

Barry Townes I wish I had gotten her name, but the young lady that checked me in was very nice, welcoming, professional, and patient. I told her thus when I left and it gave her a huge smile. The image techs were exceptionally nice and accommodating. They fully explained everything they were doing and were going to do. I was made comfortable physically (warm blanket) and mentally. I was totally at ease. They were very friendly, yet professional. The male tech led me out to the lobby and made sure I found the coffee!!!

June Ingraham My husbands check-In was very fast and he was actually called back for the procedure a bit sooner than the appointment time... no waiting in the large conference area as he has had to do in the past. The technician was friendly and professional and completed the procedure as fast as possible. My husband commented that this was the easiest and quickest procedure of this type that he has ever had. Very pleased with the St. Davids Round Rock Medical Center, thanks to the lady who checked my husband in and to the technician who performed the procedure.

Marlen Burrows I made an appointment online for 7:20 on Friday using the user-friendly steps on the appointment booking page. I get there early was able to checking right away. I only had to wait a few minute to be seeing by one of the nurse. She was very kind and respectful. I told her all about my deep coughing that I wanted to look at. After she left, I had to wait a few more minute until the actual doctor come to check on me. She was very kind and had very good bedside manners. She also suggested doing x-rays which I agree too. After have the x-rays done and was wait for the doctor to go over it with me, I had a bad coughing fit cause a nurse to ask if I wanted some water which I said yes. Overall great service, clean environment and excellent quality of care.

Izumigawa Maevis “Mae” Very nice staff and it’s not their fault. But I made an appointment to see the dr at 3pm. But waited almost 1 hr. Would it have been faster to walk in? Patients were going in and out before me. But I was feeling sick and needed help. I don’t like staying in the public when I am sick. Thank you and have a happy new years

Stacey randig Five Star service per normal!! Dr. Millar (our normal pediatrician) was unavailable for a same day sick visit appointment, so we were booked with his new Nurse Practitioner, Iesha and she was nothing short of Wonderful! There is a reason I’ve trusted Dr. Millar with all 3 of my boys health needs for close to 15 yrs!

Achute Bhandari Even after an appointment very long wait for the doctor or nurse practitioner after taking the vitals from the nurse. No call back given for if you request referrals.

K C No idea about billing. What I know is Dr.Adams took a scared, alone patient that had a previously not positive experience and then a problem on the day of injection and was magnificent! I am sorry for getting upset that there was that problem. Yet yall treated me better than I have ever been treated. Under some frustrations on my part, my whole team was made of priceless gifts packaged in humanity. I went from upset to honored and beyond appreciative. This man said he wanted to help and he did! No amount of thank you will do justice for restoring everything I felt I had been wronged in. Easily the best doctor I could have had.
