Dr. Millar (our normal pediatrician) was unavailable for a same day sick visit appointment, so we were booked with his new Nurse Practitioner, Iesha and she was nothing short of Wonderful! There is a reason I’ve trusted Dr. Millar with all 3 of my boys health needs for close to 15 yrs!

5 /5 Shiloh Appel: We have been patients since my first daughter in 2020. We have always had a great experience here but my youngest got sick about a month ago and Dr. Millar and his nurse Pam have been amazing!! I really appreciate the wonderful care that she received and the attention to detail.

It’s been a very different experience bringing my toddler in for the last 3 years, and having no idea what anyone actually looks like. It’s hard for a connection to be made when you’re unable to see a smiling face. Aside from that, Park Valley Pediatrics and Dr Millar have been great.

Cayugadawn2018: I was referred to Dr Anderson and I was immediately impressed by the facility and the organized staff. Check-in was fast and nothing missed. Everyone I dealt with was the same. Qualified and dedicated to making sure I was seen....documented ....and all tests set up for them to call me for an appointment. Within a day multiple appointments were scheduled for the same day as I had asked for. I was greeted by everyone with a smile. Professionally executed questions and follow-ups. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

They’ve violated HIPAA and sent my mother a letter in the mail apologizing for it but never said anything to myself. My daughter didn’t receive all her shots and I was mom shamed by the front desk when they couldn’t even tell me the shots she was behind on. We switched doctors and now I can’t seem to get any medical records sent over.

Jennifer Keyes: This office doesnt accept any new patients. Ive never had a doctor office "pre-screen" new patients by requiring them to complete a book of paperwork and then be selected for an interview before you can make an appointment. Doctors should all be unbiased and not discriminate against any patient, whether in good health or bad. This office needs a new doctor that cares about all people and not just a select few. The people of Whitesboro deserve better local care!

Janice Kohl: I would not use this medical center. Poor communication, lack of follow through, rude nurse, unprofessional, was lied to, and did not mesh with PA and felt they lacked the knowledge and experience for an individual with my condition. It took over 7 weeks to get an ultrasound just across the parking lot. It took the hospitals radiology department reaching out to finally get the order sent over from the staff at FMC to finally schedule the appointment.

Ashley Trout: Was quoted a price for an MRI and then after the procedure, they doubled the price. $9,476 to be exact. Was told that the price was an estimate and subject to change, but doubled?! I would have gone somewhere else had I known they could do this.

LaKisha Simpson: The Pharmacy has been contacting the nurse staff for three days. Spoke with Nurse Whitney on 3/13/25 about the issue. She stated she was in the middle of something and would contact the Pharmacy. Nothing was calked I conference the call on 3/14/25 to speak with the nurse for medication. Secondly when the patient needed a referral to the specialist one was never sent to the specialist. Even the specialist nursing staff was assisting on their end. Same Nurse Whitney involved with each incident.
