Amberlee Brown I wanted to be able to leave a positive review, but unfortunately the Baytown location does not know how to provide customer service to all customers. I watched not only customers but their employees staring strangely at my young adult daughter. I believe she received those strange stares because she was braless under her top. Regardless, they did not offer assistance to her for a while, which seemed odd to me but I’m sure we know why. My daughter purchased two charms and later decided that one was a bit too large for her dainty wrist. On the James Avery website it states that you can exchange charms even if they have been solder you would just need to pay a small fee. My daughter tried to exchange the charm, but the employee told her since it’s been solder it’s considered worn and she cannot exchange it. This entire experience was disappointing because my daughter was not provided with the customer service she rightfully deserved.

Noemi Charles I walked in & the young girl at the desk looked at me and turned right back around , and didnt say hello, no greeting what so ever. I was never asked if I needed help. I walked out after walking through the store & she didnt say a word. The clothes is very cute, but customer service is awful.

DL Yepez Aidelys has many options of beautiful dresses and many sizes. She assisted us and found my daughter the perfect XV dress. Reasonable prices and gorgeous high quality material. They are very attentive. Very clean boutique. We also saw crowns, jewelry, shoes, prom dresses and so many beautiful items for any special occasion. You can purchase or rent the petticoat, loved that option. I would highly recommend this local boutique if you are looking for a unique dress.
