1 /5 Noemi Charles: I walked in & the young girl at the desk looked at me and turned right back around , and didnt say hello, no greeting what so ever. I was never asked if I needed help. I walked out after walking through the store & she didnt say a word. The clothes is very cute, but customer service is awful.

2 /5 Jenny Texas: I also had a bad customer service experience. Not a single lady that worked there asked if I needed help or greeted me. I also had to make two separate transactions bc I apparently bought one of their online items off the rack inside the store. When I went to check out the lady asked me if I had gotten the jeans from the store...she stated that they were ringing up as an online item and then said she would have to do two separate transactions. I didn’t have a good vibe...I did think the clothes and other items were cute though. I probably won’t be back.
