From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! She was not only kind and patient, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable, and I never once felt like “just another customer.” You can tell she truly cares about people, and it absolutely shows in the way she interacts. The last time I stopped in, Christina came out and greeted me even though she was on break. They helped my husband pick out a ring for our 30th anniversary celebration and it is beautiful!!!     Amberlee Brown: I wanted to be able to leave a positive review, but unfortunately the Baytown location does not know how to provide customer service to all customers. I watched not only customers but their employees staring strangely at my young adult daughter. I believe she received those strange stares because she was braless under her top. Regardless, they did not offer assistance to her for a while, which seemed odd to me but I’m sure we know why. My daughter purchased two charms and later decided that one was a bit too large for her dainty wrist. On the James Avery website it states that you can exchange charms even if they have been solder you would just need to pay a small fee. My daughter tried to exchange the charm, but the employee told her since it’s been solder it’s considered worn and she cannot exchange it. This entire experience was disappointing because my daughter was not provided with the customer service she rightfully deserved.

We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

    Mrs Tink: Came to get my new wedding ring set soldered together. I was weary to bring it to anyone, but I just happen to drive by here and came in. He was so sweet and even tested my ring for me. I bought it off a shop from TikTok and was worried I got scammed. It was silver and the stone was moissanite. He took 15 minutes to do what I needed and price was cheaper than I expected.

    David Garza: Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day.
