    Mrs Tink: Came to get my new wedding ring set soldered together. I was weary to bring it to anyone, but I just happen to drive by here and came in. He was so sweet and even tested my ring for me. I bought it off a shop from TikTok and was worried I got scammed. It was silver and the stone was moissanite. He took 15 minutes to do what I needed and price was cheaper than I expected.

    David Garza: Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day.     Adrianna Bravo: I am re-posting my review, after placing an order on 2/11/2025 via Instagram, I received an empty box upon receiving my order. I kept calling and getting a runaround it took me a month to finally be able to speak with Wally and helped me submit a claim on 3/13/2025 with the agreement that I would remove my negative review - which I did. He told me he would get back to me with an update - he never did. I messaged him on 6/17/25 and 7/18/25 asking for an update with no reply. Please do not trust these people with online or Instagram orders they seem to just want to scam you once they have your money they do not help you if you have any issues.

    Ernesto Cervantez: To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers.
