My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations. Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase, and I can’t wait to return for any future jewelry needs. Thank you, Amy, and the entire team at Tiffany & Co. for making our day so special!     Isabel Gloria: Lana was the best! My finance brought me to the store for Mother’s Day to pick out an engagement ring. We are young and not the richest people in the world so the first ring I liked was too pricey but Lana was so determined to get me walking out with a new ring. After we were approved for a lease amount she helped me find the PERFECT ring that was even better than the one I originally wanted. She was kind, considerate and helpful through the entire process. We will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future to work with Lana!

    Darius Smith: So, Initially I was skeptical about the quality and service when going with this TJ Jewelers to make my grill. I read the comments and some of them wasn’t so good. However, I had a totally awesome experience. I’m glad I followed my first instinct. He locked in the price and let me put on layaway. I wanted it asap because I was going out of town. And I wanted it by a certain date. My grill was ready the day he said it would be ready. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. TJ himself. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m actually going back to purchase a rope chain and possibly a top bar grill. I’m very pleased with my product. Money well spent. Give him a shot and let him know Darius sent you. I had a great experience don’t let the bad reviews discourage you.

    Michael G: Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.
