I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.

They could have charged me for a new battery, or a service fee, and I would have been happy to pay, but they chose to be fair and honest instead. Big thumbs up for me!!

D Vasq: After walking away with receipt of Purchased of what they agree to order for me. Keep in mind that I had to paid them the money first and it had to be approved by the owner before they would place the order. Later, the owner calls me about an hour or so to tell me that they forgot to charge me $150 dollars more for shipping and insurance for 2 Oz of gold. Unbelievable ‼️ Stay away !!! Forgot to mentioned that shipping and handling, as well as , the insurance are normally free.

And the coins were not only overpriced - to an extreme extent - but a few (like the silver one pictured) were fake/ replicas and had the audacity of charging hundreds of dollars. A word of caution to those coming to this store - do more research on the products you are looking for, especially when you are about to pay 100s to 1000s. Do not waste your time talking to the people that work here either; they know nothing about what they sell. Then again, what’s to know when its fake. They might be out of business soon. I would be shocked if 3 more months passed.
