Heather Phillips I would find another doctor at this practice if you are able. She did not listen or have a desire to treat or help. If you are comfortable being aggressive for treatment it might be ok but if you are like me and it takes something significant to get you to a doctor then I don’t think she is a good match for you.

I was taken such good care of by them! I wouldn’t be here today if not for the expertise of this team! I wish to thank each and every one of them for the care and encouragement they gave me! I love you girls! Thank you very, very much!

Erasmo Saenz After a shaky start, the staff and doctors here have been extraordinary. My wife is getting treatment and rehabilitation services to recover from sepsis. The nurses and techs here especially deserve high praise for their level of service AND care and compassion. When your world turns upside down, it’s important to be surrounded by caring individuals and competent professionals which exactly what we’re receiving at Cornerstone. Dee, Michelle, PT staff Deep, OT Charles and Terry in wound care have helped tremendously. Thank you.

Jessica Jones Janet Wilson, NP has been absolutely brilliant with our daughter and with us. She’s educated us (and the ex-husband) about medications: action, half-life, side effects, interactions... She has actually *seen* our daughter and treated *her* and not just her clinical picture. Highly recommend her and the staff here.

Danielle Cervantes Such a great place with awesome people. The front desk staff was great and we got in quickly. The Dr was amazing with my kids and even made them balloon animals after the appointment that my kids loved. How cool is that. Definitely recommend this place.

Linda Kirksey Dr, Peckham has been my neurologist for over 5 years, since diagnosing my Parkinson’s. She is very caring and always makes time to explain issues in terms you can understand. She is kind and helpful. Because of her expertise, I have also been able to participate in research opportunities that have helped my journey. I highly recommend Dr. Peckham.

Joshua Welch EDIT: my mother did not initially have the proper HIPAA privacy forms filled out. —————— I left an urgent medical voicemail for a medical assistant at 10:12 AM. I have not received a call back and now the office is closed. What is the point of being an established patient if you cannot reach the care team.

Emily McCall Dr. Baker was kind and relatively helpful. However, his office manager is rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Her personality has no place in healthcare and is far better suited for employment at a prison or the DMV.

David Meldrum Ive been seeing Dr. Baker for twenty years. He is attentive, caring thorough and is genuinely a nice Doctor. I think what makes Doctor Baker stand out, is he listens to you. If youre looking for someone who cares about your well-being, then you would be remised if you don’t see Doc Baker. After twenty years, I can say that!

Thing 1 This was the sickest Ive ever been in my entire life. They refused to treat my pain, had trouble with my IV and BLAMED me for them not being able to start it. My arm is torn up and they ripped the IV cover off of my skin at the end and damaged my skin even further on the one IV they got started. I didnt even get fluids because the IV was so messed up, they couldnt keep it working. I was vomiting violently and in severe pain and they treated me really poorly throughout my entire visit. It sucks to be sick and its even worse to be treated poorly when you are desperate for help and miserable feeling. My nurse was trying to connect with me, but it felt really forced and I was really upset that she cast me in a light of being a difficult patient to cover her inability to start my IV. The care was just atrocious. They got blood all over me, the floor and the bed and were really condescending. I was too sick to properly advocate for myself. In the end, they couldnt even figure out what was wrong with me, and they made me feel worse mentally and physically. Attaching photos of my failed IV attempts.

Tina Black My visit to the ER was fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to my problems. All went smoothly and then they decided to admit me for further testing. I spent the night in the ER because of a lack of beds. The. Following day I got a room in the cardiac care unit. After that I really don’t have to many good things to say so I will leave it at that!!

Shalondra Shanks I want to thank the entire PAM staff! Nurse Phyllis was the best, Susan thank you! Therapist Beth, Ashley, Janell and Janessa! They were super supportive in helping me go above and sometimes beyond in my therapy, making sure I knew and did everything I needed to, so I can go home and be comfortable, safe and successful in my healing process! Darla my case manager kept the communication going smoothly and did a great job!! I forgotten a few names, everyone that helped me wound care and dietary was awesome! Just wanted to thank the entire staff for taking such good care of me!!

Jeremy Trainer This place was a nightmare. The entire therapy staff was told they were incompetent and that their clinical judgement couldnt be trusted. We were asked to perform tasks that were unethical. Minutes mattered more than quality care. Employees were openly disciplined in front of other staff. Employees were terminated for speaking up and standing up for themselves. There was no interdisciplinary team approach. Therapists werent even allowed to talk to case management. There was a definite lack of support from all management, despite promises that they were working in our best interest. The clinical therapy staff is amazing, but these other issues made working at PAM miserable.

Tina Philip DO

Address: 511 Oakwood Dr Unit 202, Round Rock, TX 78681

(22) Reviews Tina Philip DO:

Sasha De Anda Dr. Phillips is a good Dr if you have a quick check up. Once it’s something more serious, they take WEEKS to do anything. The person that you talk to when you call, the male receptionist, is lazy and doesn’t do his job. I have had to call him and my insurance and the facility I needed a CT scan just to see why my insurance denied the scan. Turns out the facility I am supposed to get my scan done had sent the Dr 2 emails about being denied, without a response back on how to move forward. I called him, the receptionist, and he acts as if he never received it, and he sends a message to the Dr. I’ve caught him in lies during these past TWO months trying to get some help on pain I’ve been having. Philip’s doesn’t even care to call to give you test results herself, she has the receptionist call and tell you. So if you have any questions you HAVE to set up an in office appointment and of course that’s more money to pay. It’s always, “I have sent her a message, now we have to wait for her response”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now they are closed for a whole week, spring break I get it but it’s ridiculous when people have serious medical issues and she isn’t there. I’ll be changing my Dr for someone who actually cares and interacts with their patients. I do NOT recommend Tina Phillips if you have anything wrong, unless you have a routine check up you’re all good.

Rshu The doctors and nurses were excellent, however, there are some rude workers at the ER!! The intake people, the med tech and even the person calling you to the back!! You would think with a large elderly population coming there, they would have a little more compassion!! Atp, it makes more sense to go to old Brackenridge hospital and wait the extra time!! I don’t trust people with a bad attitude working on me!! Some of those works are just pure evil!

James Stobinski Nursing care was very good, very seldom saw a doctor. Each time my sister was transferred (3 times) something disappeared. Mostly small, i.e. 2 full boxes of puffs tissues, her comb and most recently a fast charger for her phone. Third transfer was to a room with no phone, no call button or TV control and no chairs. Additionally we never received a message to tell us she was being transferred to another room/floor.

Danielle Menoskey I have never in my life had an experience with a mental health provider that could even compare to my experience with this practice. I got in very quickly for my first appointment (in person.) My provider is Rosabelle Pong and she is absolutely, truly amazing. She is compassionate, caring, funny and really LISTENS to me. I also appreciated that Dr Musgrove came in to meet with me during my first appointment. I cannot recommend this practice, especially Rosabelle. Shes the best!

CJ Hood I was denied my normal medication’s because I talk to Dr. WILLIAMS and I was worried about if I was still at risk of seizures due to alcohol withdrawal although I had already been through detox for 11 days and after talking to a professional, I decided to not drink and you keep my sobriety And try to schedule the soonest appointment. I was told they would not prescribe me my normal medication for severe anxiety Cause they are under the That I was having withdrawal symptoms and still in detox, which I’m not. I let them know. I would do a drug test to confirm that and that I’ve only had two hours of sleep in the last four days. Due to panic attacks and anxiety yet they were still not Willing to help. I would not recommend this facility if you want to be honest and truthful because if you do, they will just take away the medication’s or the therapies that were working completely.

Tina Gutierrez This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever worked with. Do not use these providers if you want your child cared for and taken care of even in the slightest. The practice LIES that there are Saturday appointments available. There have NEVER been Saturday appointments available in the 8 months we have gone to this facility. They need to take down that misleading claim today! That was a main reason we picked this practice, and it’s just a straight up lie. Another reason we picked this practice for our child was because it claimed it follows the recommended vaccine schedule. That’s a lie too. They will let your child go MONTHS without being protected and getting the proper vaccines. This office is so poorly run that even if you try to schedule your own vaccine appointments, you will show up, and they don’t even have them all ready to give. Then they put you on a fictitious list of families that will be called when the vaccine gets in. As I write this, we have been waiting a month for a call for TWO of the 4 vaccines my son was supposed to get. That call is never coming. This office provides absolutely horrendous care. There are so many other reasons and ways this office and its medical staff have failed my family, and we gave them so many chances. They will not change. We have already found a new provider and they got my son caught up on his vaccines. This office STILL hasn’t called. They are awful. Take your child somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and infuriation.

Jason Kooner They are competent doctors but the billing people wont budge. I brought my baby girl here a few times for vaccinations and checkups then when I lost my job they charged me 2.5x because I was now out of network. I explained that I lost my job and asked for a payment plan or if I could pay the in network amount. Not only did they refuse but they sent a letter soon after saying that would go after my credit if I didnt pay. Thats why doctors offices always ask for you SSN as a new patient. To presure you on any kind of billing issue by threating to go after your credit.
