Gabriela Munoz My mom and I always come to Nail Art for both shellac and acrylic and the work is always amazing each and every time! Well worth the 25 minute travel from Mission to Pharr! We like it nowhere else.

Kathryn Wade ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS. I should have read the reviews before I decided to go into this place. The next clue should have been, that there was only one other person in there. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. He kept trying to talk me into getting shellac the whole time. It seems that he wasn’t happy with my choice of services, he took it out on my cuticles. He was rough and tried to pull them off, instead of clipping the cuticles. He was rude and inconsiderate. Don’t go to this place if you want good service. I question their hygiene, the tools were not wrapped. He did not wear gloves.

Patti De Lucio Everything was “ok” keeping in mind it’s a nail salon where they want to attend as many people as possible, but the guy who did my pedicure never used gloves, the option on colors for shellac were very limited. He showed me a price list and when I went to pay they charge extra $20 for shellac!! That’s crazy, I’m a cosmetologist and I know you have to pay the price but that was ridiculous! And on the top of that the employee got mad bc I just tip him $5… I usually don’t complain about anything on my industry but I think this is too much, by law they can’t hide prices or clarify…

jill DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I recently went to get my nails done here and ALL I wanted was square nails with shellac. The employee told me that there was " no rush" and he would let me pick a color after he had put on my nails which I thought was weird because I always pick my nail color first anyways he then proceeded to do my nails. When he was doing my nails he was FALLING ASLEEP, closing his eyes while he buffed them, and I thought he was concentrating on getting my nails right but I was completely wrong. The fact that he was falling asleep while working is absolutely crazy !!!! He continued to buff my nails and shape them about 3 times and at this point, I didnt say anything because each time I go to a nail salon their process of applying acrylics is different. After he did this I alerted my mom to sit next to me so she would see what he was doing. He painted my nails so fast and effortless that I could have done better. After putting them to dry with the UV light machine that all nail salons use. HE PUT some weird solutions and oils on my nails. I felt this weird burning sensation ONLY for me to notice I had cuts on my thumb and pinkie. At this point, I was ready to pay and leave BUT the man used the electric filing system after my nails had SHELLAC. Which personally I have never seen this done at any nail facilities Ive been too. My thumb starting to bleed profusely after he did this. I WOULD NOT COME HERE IF I WAS YOU because it is a waste of your money, so I advise you find another salon which the people are actually AWAKE during their job. After this horrendous visit, I went to a nail salon that removed all my set because it looked horrible.

Farzaneh Fouladi I went here for laser hair removal, I went for 8full sessions (under arm and Brazilian) After 2month about 80 percent of my hair got back! I went for manicure and pedicure,, My foo nails were fine, but my hands started getting removed one they after, and by the weekend My all nails looked embarrassing (i went on a trip and I couldn’t go back) The worse part is that nobody feels responsible for it! I never recommend going to this place!

Devanee Gonzalez I received a gift certificate. I had a massage and pedicure done here. The massage was 30 mins it was very relaxing. Brenda did an amazing job. I did not get the young girls name who did my pedicure but she did a good job as well. Satisfied and left relaxed.

Zelene Pineda I never write reviews but I do want to let other people like me know, who are traveling looking for a solid salon to get your nails and a massage. The massage was great, Brenda was amazing. Despite it being 30 min, however I was not aware when she offered deep tissue that it was an 15% additional charge. Until at check out, I noticed they were charging me $90 for a 30 min massage. They corrected the price and it ended being $60. The main reason I’m writing this review however, is the manicure I received. Unfortunately, it’s probably the worst I’ve had to pay for. I would have done a better job. She did things backwards, on her phone, smudging the base, applying way to much polish. Even scratching on of the nails with her own acrylic set. She had just graduated high school. She squeezed some fast drying drops and just left me there. No driers. No sit here while you wait. I sat down in the waiting area anyway. But because there was so much polish it took all day to dry down. So as I reached for my wallet to pay and tip, the polish moved. As I had dinner and went about my day. Today, my polish looks like a high schooler did it. It complete moved and smudged. And I am so disappointed because I paid $88 over all, not including tip. At least $100 for services that were not worth the cost to say the least. Now I’m flying home to NYC with lumpy nails. Save your money.

Yvonne Pena I love this place iv been following my nail lady for a long time Maria and Patty make you feel at home and they do great pedis and nails. I love going to Maria shes very detailed doing the pedi. They do go by appointments only though. I 100% recommend them.

Marissa Garcia Place was good in the beginning but its been getting bad. For the first time I decided to do my nails and I got Hannah. She was in a rush to finish my nails and was so rough. My nails are really lumpy and thick, I tried to tell her but she went with another customer as soon as she finished with mine. The lady doing my pedicure I think her name is laura she took her time which was nice but damn she cut me so bad. I felt so bad for her cause she was scared of me telling the owner. Im assuming the owner is an ass and Im not gonna lie he looks like one he obviously doesnt care about clients just money. Def wont go again

Jann This place has great service where you can come to relax and pamper yourself. Nelly does amazing hair work and maggie awesome acrylic nails. You get attended right away no need to be waiting a long time. I recommend their service, you must try.

I have been in love with my style, and even thou my haircut gets processed, my hair still feels and looks healthy. They only work by appointment because they assure great service to their clients. They also have a variety of nail colors to enjoy done professionally by Maggie.

Linda Castillo Went to get a refill on my lashes. The lady spent a lot of time on my right side. Needless to say I have more lashes on right than left side. Also I have tremendous amount of glue on right side. It is on my lashes and base of my skin. I knew something was wrong when I closed my eyes tight and felt a pulling on my eye lid from the amount of glue. Hope my own lashes arent damaged. Like doing business with local business but will definitely take mine elsewhere. Definitely dont recommend getting your lashes done there. Any kind!!!

Desiree Castillo Nails & Beauty, has me very impressed with their professional hygiene manner in regards to their salon, they have their pedi cart items labeled and I felt very at ease when I saw that they follow state health laws. GLADYS always does an amazing job on my nails!! I highly recommend you going here!! Will be going back !!!

I gave her a very simple idea and she stepped it up a notch and gave me beautiful unique nails! They feel comfortable not heavy at all! The salon itself was gorgeous and didn’t smell like chemicals at all! Other salons I can’t even stay 10 minutes before getting a headache but not here!
