Marlen Burrows: I made an appointment online for 7:20 on Friday using the user-friendly steps on the appointment booking page. I get there early was able to checking right away. I only had to wait a few minute to be seeing by one of the nurse. She was very kind and respectful. I told her all about my deep coughing that I wanted to look at. After she left, I had to wait a few more minute until the actual doctor come to check on me. She was very kind and had very good bedside manners. She also suggested doing x-rays which I agree too. After have the x-rays done and was wait for the doctor to go over it with me, I had a bad coughing fit cause a nurse to ask if I wanted some water which I said yes. Overall great service, clean environment and excellent quality of care.

David Miles: Have to admit I was very anxious to get some medical attention. So I reach out to Total Mens care. And the location I called they was booked for the day but in the same breath they recommend me to their location in Round Rock on 79. And definitely Im grateful for their Staff as well. Very professional and informative towards my insurance. And time waiting to be seen was prompt and lastly the Doctor was indeed knowledgeable and season with grace within her profession. Thank you Guys for ministering to my need ❤️ Blessings and Favor throughout the month.

Roger Prichard: Dr. Tran has been our family physician for about 8 years. We like that she has a strong focus on preventive care. Even so, we have been happy with the acute care as well. Always quick to respond when we need something.

Waad Alsaad: Dr. Mayada Ali is one of the best doctors I have met. She takes great care of her patients, gives them enough time, understands all the details of their illness, and then gives them treatment. She is humane in her profession, and this is the first thing that every doctor should have. However, some doctors I have met are senior specialists and have no sense of responsibility towards their patients, nor an ounce of humanity. They do not give the patient his rights, who pays them large sums of money in addition to paying health insurance. I wish her all the best and success in her professional life. If she is good with her patients today, I hope she will be excellent with them tomorrow so that she can receive our support.

Laura Cruzada-Davis: You might wait long to see the doctors, but it is worth it. Dr. Matsubara and Dr. Anderson (married) take their time to document and understand, diagnose, describe and treat your medical situation. From allergies to well-checks for our kids, they see our whole family and we love the time they take to get to know us. They follow up and answer calls after hours and are hesitant to prescribe medicine unless absolutely needed. Great family practice.

Cathy Merris: I’ve been seeing Dr. Rangarajan for several years now. I honestly consider her one of the most competent doctors I have seen. Doctors aren’t ones that you really want to go and see that as you progress in age and things change in your life. You hope that you will see someone competent and interested in you as a person . She also listens and is respectful of your feelings and your knowledge and talk things over with you before making decisions for your health. She remembers that it’s your health that she’s talking about.

Samantha Sutton: My dad was transferred here from Marble Falls. Once we arrived we werent here for 30 minutes and had people helping us left and right. Everyone was very caring and concerned about my dad and his ongoing situation. Brande M. Was the nurse on staff when we arrived. She was great! Very professional and friendly. She got dad all cleaned up and go doctors in to see us very quickly. Carmelo Otero, Jonathon Calderon, Michael Ladogana were great as well very informative, professional, friendly, & sensitive. Maria A. Was the nurse after Brande and she was great! Very friendly and patient. Sarah L. & Isabel were Very nice, friendly, & attentive. Hazel M. Was a great nurse very understanding and friendly. Darrius C. Came in to help me with my dad I am very grateful for him he was able to give me a much needed break! Neel Shah came in to talk with dad during his confusion after anesthesia and was very patient and kind. Jeffrey F was the wound care nurse and he was AMAZING. very informative and patient with my dad in dressing his wound and oliostomy bag. Gave me alot of information. The ladies in the IR were GREAT. I know the Doctor was busy he was in and out real quick after dropping off consent forms. There was a doctor that asked my dad about DNR right after he got back into the room after his procedure clearly not I the right head space seeing things flying around. He was going to put it in his chart to DNR because dad said yes while on medication. I said please dont do that he is not coherent to be making those kind of decisions. He tried to convince me to do a DNR because dad has cancer and there us no cure. I dont want to put him though that. Other than that this has been the best baylor scott and white weve been to. The security guards ar the entrance of the hospital at 9pm on the 26th were awesome. Very friendly and funny! There are others I didnt mention but I cant remember their names! Please praise the ones I listed!! Were still here so there is alot more people!
Pediatric Center of Round Rock - Round Rock
    Pediatric Center of Round Rock
Tina Gutierrez: This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever worked with. Do not use these providers if you want your child cared for and taken care of even in the slightest. The practice LIES that there are Saturday appointments available. There have NEVER been Saturday appointments available in the 8 months we have gone to this facility. They need to take down that misleading claim today! That was a main reason we picked this practice, and it’s just a straight up lie. Another reason we picked this practice for our child was because it claimed it follows the recommended vaccine schedule. That’s a lie too. They will let your child go MONTHS without being protected and getting the proper vaccines. This office is so poorly run that even if you try to schedule your own vaccine appointments, you will show up, and they don’t even have them all ready to give. Then they put you on a fictitious list of families that will be called when the vaccine gets in. As I write this, we have been waiting a month for a call for TWO of the 4 vaccines my son was supposed to get. That call is never coming. This office provides absolutely horrendous care. There are so many other reasons and ways this office and its medical staff have failed my family, and we gave them so many chances. They will not change. We have already found a new provider and they got my son caught up on his vaccines. This office STILL hasn’t called. They are awful. Take your child somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and infuriation.

Nicole Santiago: We have been patients of this practice for 10 years. Today my son was denied to be seen because he hasn’t been there in 4 years and doctors have changed. He is now considered a new patient? That doesn’t make sense because my younger son was seen last week and also hasn’t been there for a few years. He was able to be seen with a different doctor with is fine. Also, I am being told that the doctors aren’t accepting new patients at this time, but we are established patients. I understand there aren’t appointments same day due to weather and closures but there are no options given. I have had this happen a few times with this practice now, since our previous family doctor retired. It’s very disappointing and upsetting because when one is sick, one does not have the energy to be going back and forth trying to get in to be seen with a doctor. We are always being consulted to go to an urgent care. What’s the point of having an in network doctor then? It ends up costing us more having to visit the urgent care. Sadly, we will be moving on and leaving this practice.

Danielle Menoskey: I have never in my life had an experience with a mental health provider that could even compare to my experience with this practice. I got in very quickly for my first appointment (in person.) My provider is Rosabelle Pong and she is absolutely, truly amazing. She is compassionate, caring, funny and really LISTENS to me. I also appreciated that Dr Musgrove came in to meet with me during my first appointment. I cannot recommend this practice, especially Rosabelle. Shes the best!
