Barb Solberg We can’t say enough good things about Jerry at 336 Conroe Automotive. We were initially told by others that our vehicle might need a new transmission or catalytic converter—either of which could have cost thousands to repair. Thankfully, Jerry took a close look and discovered it was simply a plugged converter. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead, he showed incredible honesty and integrity. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly puts the customer first. Jerry saved us a huge expense, and we’ll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

Panc A (Panc0311) I have used Jerry for years to fix all of my familys vehicles. He is truly one of a kind. He is exceptionally skilled, expedient, and most importantly, as honest as they come. He has always done right by me, and I can tell you, many times we would have been up a creek without a paddle had he not been there for us. Best mechanic Ive ever known. May God bless him.

Bruce Davies Went in today to get an inspection in order to register my car. A man I believe was owner met me, was very friendly, & got straight to work. Really seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained his way through the inspection process & did not try to sell me a service or part I honestly did not need. He then got me back on my way in a timely manner. I appreciated his honesty & professionalism. I will be using his business in future.

Adam Schmitt I popped in today, as I had issue with a seized bolt doing a DIJ service on my car. Justin was fantastic, took care of issue immediately. I was in and out within mins and seen straight away. Very handy and top levels of customer care.

Sleiman El Jamal Great unassuming place with friendly owner who says it like it is. After coming from the dealership with a list of to dos, he examined the list of items and deemed them unnecessary at this time…not only this but he refused to take anything for his consultation! Definitely recommend for all your auto needs! PS he also does emission and safety inspections (if you still require it)

Michael Garrison If you live in the Conroe area just go here. Mario is a stand up guy. Fair pricing. Bought a pre-owned SRX and needed a battery. Was $75-$100 less than other shops in the area. And put the battery in that the vehicle came with new. Which he had on hand he got my Vin # to make sure he had the exact battery and didnt have to wait. He then drove the car to make sure we didnt have any underlining issues, which we have a bearing going out on a wheel, which I thought I was hearing, I didnt mention it to him before. And he said we will have to have done. Which we will in the next few days. Probably my best experience at an auto repair shop. I have found a true mechanic that is knowledgeable and fair. And I will send all family and friends to because I trust him. I think you will too. Great job!!

Anonymous Mario is great! He has consistently come through for us. We have brought my sisters Hundayi accent there several times for some pretty important issues. He came in this morning to us there with a busted break line. Was so incredibly quick and fair on pricing. Kept us informed through the process, and we haven’t had any issues with any of the work he’s done. Will continue coming here for sure. They deserve your business. Thank you guys again!!!!

Jansen Gonzales It was my first time going to Milstead to get my emission inspection of my gas motorhome. The place is really nice and clean. Very friendly staff and accomodating. Really nice waiting area and no smoking on any part of the premises. I heard an older gentleman talking to another customer that Milstead was the only shop that fixed his vehicle after he took it to multiple shops. When I heard that, I know this place is legit. I called them in advance to make sure they can do it since other places dont. Customer service was very great over the phone. When I arrived at the place, it was spacious and very easy to park my motorhome. In less than 30mins, they got my motorhome ready which was a surprise considering they were working on a lot of vehicles in their shop. I was really happy with my experience and I usually do the work on my vehicles and motorhome but I will definitely try them if I cant fix the issues on my vehicles. I recommend this shop to all types of vehicles and motorhomes.

Isabella Stewart Super helpful team! Dealing with car problems especially as a young woman can be so overwhelming. Amber was a huge help, she was very clear on what was needed and what was recommended. Made the entire process easy to navigate. The shop itself is clean with a comfy waiting space. Overall awesome team. Hopefully won’t be back anytime soon but the next time I need anything for my car I’ll be taking it here.

Dennis Mendoza Called JR to see how busy they were on Wednesday morning. He said pretty busy, but we can get you in right of way. They diagnosed my vehicle within 15 minutes, estimate for repairs was approved, and expedited my repairs. Talk about service. CARS PLUS, JR and the old man in the back (Jessie) were AMAZING! Jennifer Folsom Michael was very helpful with my Volkswagon windows malfunctioning, the part he thought my car needed was ordered- but it turned out to not be the problem after all. I was pleasantly surprised when he charged me nothing and recommended a different garage that was capable of handling the European computer issues my car was having. It was very nice, as a woman, to have a mechanic speak to me without belittling me or making me feel like an idiot… probably a first for me! I recommend going to see Michael at Wicked Wrench to anyone with vehicle problems!

Palermtown (Palermtown) Do not come here if you don’t want your rims scratched like crazy. Brought my 2017 WRX to have 4 new tires put on. Had professional photos taken 3 days prior for an end of lease inspection, where the inspector noted one small area of damage on one specific wheel. Came to pick up my car and there are circular scratches and dents in the rim on all four and the owner kept repeating that he did not scratch them despite the photos taken by the professional inspector for Subaru Motors. Says that I must have done it hitting a curb, but it’s on the inside of the rim and on all 4. They scratched the rims and take no responsibility here. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your car.
