1 /5 Davina McKee: 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.

1 /5 Yecenia Rodriguez: HORRIBLE customer service. Was excited to get charms on went into the store happy with 2 new charms then was met with attitude and disgusting language from the worker here. I didn’t get her name but she was Hispanic. She pretended to put the charms on and sent me on my way. Do not recommend this location at all.

1 /5 Justice Monique Boomer: I have always loved James Avery. I usually go to the location in the Kingsgate center however since I was in the mall I decided to come to this one, big mistake. The lady there was incredibly rude and after she finally got to me she didn’t give me much information on when my stuff would be done. Upon picking it up I noticed that not only was my bracelet not cleaned but neither was the necklace that I had specifically requested to be cleaned. Very disappointed will not go back to that location.

1 /5 Zachary Watkins: Daniella, Hispanic girl with glasses, led me to believe she was searching for our order. I saw her ringing if another customer up and asked if we needed to walk around while she did other things, than us… she said “I’m just checking them out first. I said well, I thought you were helping us…? Then, she then told me I “could go somewhere else” and leave. I’ve worked customer service for 3 decades and would never have been allowed to talk to a client that way. Daniella, go change tires at discount tire. Don’t shop at women’s Dillards in the mall because of Daniella. Unless… she’s been dealt with.

1 /5 Honest review: Please do not put James Avery in Dillards if they are not going to give us service. My husband bought a charm at James Avery Dillard and we need to get it soldered on, but they are telling me they cannot do it. They treat me like I’m the unreasonable one. One lady told me I should return the charm since I’m not happy. So that’s the service customers are getting. We are done with James Avery.
