1 /5 Ashleigh Brindley: I bought jewelery from here and 2 months and 1 day exactly from purchase came in because the stud on a 500 dollar pair of earrings broke on the first time trying to wear. They wouldnt let us return it and got very angry and rude with my husband for being upset that less than 24 hours meant we couldnt do anything about a first wear broken set of earrings. And a the ring I bought is severely tarnished and discolored after only 2 months and they again told us sorry no we cant help you.

1 /5 Kyle Brindley: Guy working the jewelry department is an absolute joke of a man and would definitely stay away from the jewelry, 500 dallor pair of earrings broke 61 days in and a 500 ring already fading again 61 days in but hey it all good at least we paid for the protection policy because you know nothing like having to send out the same item every 2 months just to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get it back

1 /5 Erik Nyberg: I can now see why this chain is closing stores across the globe. I went in to buy undershirts and saw the sign that read 30% off. When I go to checkout, I’m told it’s BOGO. I explain that I don’t need two and said the sign says 30% off. I go back to check and see no sign on that rack that says BOGO. The clerk is too busy with stock work at register and doesn’t even make the effort to walk over and look for herself. I’m old enough to remember when Penneys was a great store. I guess they’re just focused on low overhead online business now. I’m done with you.

4 /5 Mahedi Hasan: They have huge collections of variety of items. If you buy from the online, you can get some extra off. I bought several things like shoes, jackets/coats, and i am satisfied.

1 /5 Renee De La Rosa: JCPenney has the worst return policy of all department stores. If you go over the 60 days, you’re stuck with the merchandise. Other stores give you until the end of January to return holiday purchases even if it’s just store credit. Nope! Not this store. I will never shop there again. Take this into account when you decide to shop here. Things happen. They don’t care and make no exceptions. No wonder so many of their stores are closing.
