5 /5 Kari Page Art: I decided to make an appointment with ATX Jewelry Exchange. Ariel answered the phone and was very personable and made an appointment for me the next day. The office is private and located in the PNC Bank which made me feel safe and secure. One of the things I also liked is that there is no pressure to sell, and no fee for appraisal the way other places do if you decide not to sell. Ariel made me feel very comfortable, and examined all my pieces. He gave me a very fair price and transferred the money immediately to me whilst in the office. I will 100% bring him any more jewelry or coins to appraise in the near future!

I do my own amateur gold refining at home and they were very fair in pricing with me. Even though I brought in some questionable items they were very patient and understanding. They meticulously verified what was authentic and made me a great deal. Super happy with my experience overall.

We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional.
